We were delighted to stay at Club Privé Club Villa (#5001) during the period of 07/06/2025–15/06/2025. The services provided were impeccable and impressive down to every single detail - from the airport meet-and-greet service and hotel reception to our exclusive return departure from Antalya Airport. Truly special and luxurious! I am writing this to express our sincere gratitude to the Club Privé employees with whom we had the pleasure of interacting during our stay. We were truly impressed by their efficiency, effectiveness, outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, and their genuine willingness to help. Arda is an excellent problem-solver, negotiator, and communicator. He is incredibly efficient and effective, something truly rare. He is always responsive, and one can expect an immediate reply whether via chat or a private call. He demonstrates remarkable creativity in finding solutions and is always happy to lend a helping hand. His command of Russian is impressive, making him a uniquely valuable part of the Club Privé team. Our friends staying at Villas 4010 and 5024 during the period of 07/06/2025–22/06/2025 fully share our opinion and endorse this message. We sincerely hope that these individuals can be praised for their outstanding work, and that our appreciation can be passed on to them and the general manager. All of the above makes Club Privé truly special, and we will gladly recommend it to our friends and acquaintances. The level of security is top-notch. This is truly the Next Level of Luxury, even in the smallest details.

We’ve had one of our best holidays ever at Rixos Belek. All the staff - especially Miss Filiz and Mr Ozan had given their best effort to make us feel like home. They are such proffessionals that are willing to please their guests with their endless smile and hard work. Whatever you need they make it possible, you just ask for it! Some details had already been thought at put in the villa even before we went there. We had our holiday feeling like surrounded by family but in a highly professional environment. Once you have your holiday in one of the villas at Rixos, Belek; it’s highly likely that the place will be your regular future holiday destination!!!!! They created a system which works 7/24 . Whenever we needed Miss Filiz or Mr Ozan they were always there and ready for help. I could live there for a few months - if not forever :) The restaurant has a brilliant garden filled with beautiful trees and mediterranean weather. The food, service is excellent!!! Either to sip your coffee after breakfast or to drink your wine to go with your dinner … Either as a family with little children - our youngest one was 7 weeks! or as a couple or with friends … They will not let you down! Amazing family holiday, one of our best we have had. We travel a lot with our 5 year old daughter and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. The club room is an incredible add on, the food, service and atmosphere is 5 star! Everyone went out of their way to make everything perfect for us and our daughter. The Children’s entertainment is fantastic, the mini disco was our daughter’s favourite. Children have so much to do here, we could have stayed longer. Mariem and Maral have been amazing, always on hand if we needed anything even down to a plaster. We will be returning, see you soon!
