The Orchard Resort

There is a famous saying: First impression is the last impression. This was true when we checked in here. The reception people were very unhelpful. They had a face saying -Oh we have to do work now? and the *** standing next asked us if we needed help with the luggage. Of course, we do. But he picked up two light bags and started walking. Our room was the last on the property which was far( the reason was the property is fully booked) since the property is huge. We went back to get our remaining bags. And the parking guy kept asking us to change the parking spot saying that they are expecting more cars. And nothing happened. We neither spotted more people nor see any other car. We were not of course not very happy and ordered tea followed by dinner for us and our pet. The food was great and that was definately the savior. We did have a comfortable stay but request the management to keep better staff at the reception so that you are happy throughout. You have an amazing place, good food. And to add we did not take any help for the luggage next day morning. We picked up all our bags.

The rooms are very pretty and simple. The plants and the greenery in the resort is extremely refreshing. I would like to visit again and recommend it to family and friends. The restaurant has a very pretty location and is clean. Special mention to Karan Patil. He helped us access the resort and had a very hospitable approach. The entire staff was very courteous and nice.

Very clean and beautiful pet friendly Resort. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Very good food as well. Neetu was excellent in hospitality. We have already come here 5 times and every time the experience has been good. Will visit again soon.
