Check in by Krishna was very cold & not welcoming. Surprised that this individual is allowed to check guests in. Cold , no smile, rushed, unpleasant. I was not done finishing my welcome drink and he was in a rush to bring us to our room.
Rod, front desk manager, nice & welcoming. Ensures guests are happy.
Resort: older resort in need of renovation. Reminded me of cuban resorts. Old furniture, dated AC but blows nice cold air. Generous room space.
Check out: unfortunately got krishna again while checking out. This gentlemen needs to quit his job. I was speaking in english and he continuously answered back in creole. I had to tell him if knows how to speak in english as my wife does not speak Creole. Bad bad service.
