Todo el personal es muy servicial y agradable. Especialmente Thomas y Estella, ambos hicieron un gran trabajo en el servicio al cliente. El hotel es muy hermoso, aunque la zona está un poco alejada de la calle principal. El ambiente en el hotel es muy tranquilo y al mismo tiempo tradicional y moderno. En general, ¡es un buen lugar para hospedarse!

Breakfast is served daily, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. The hotel is located in a hutong, taxi can direct to the hotel door, travel is also convenient. It is very close to Wangfujing Commercial Street and convenient for shopping. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, whether it is asking about attractions or food, they will recommend you, and you will not be disappointed. From the moment we stepped through the red door, we were pleasantly greeted by eager and gracious staff. There was a delightful koi pond in the courtyard and cheerful tropical birds. Our room was tastefully decorated with Chinese art and a deep soaking tub was great after full day of hiking the Great Wall. The staff, led by Thomas, exceeded our expectations. PS. Breakfast was yummy and they had gelato for afternoon snack.

From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Miss Zhang was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always had a smile on her face. She assisted me with everything from checking in to providing recommendations for local attractions. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and ability to anticipate my needs. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure my stay was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend the Beijing Unified Courtyard Hotel, and especially request Miss Zhang's assistance. A really nice Hotel！Everything's perfect！A very nice and beautiful yard inside and my room was fantastic. The yard's got a fish pond and turtles.You'll feel like staying here.The bed was comfortable and the room was very high classic.I got well treated by the stuff members, they'll try to help with anything things you need,I mean that was wonderful！The receptionists speak very good English and I bet he must have been worked really hard on it！I love everything here especially the afternoon tea provided.I love this amazing hotel and looking forward to stay here again！

酒店氛圍很好，舒適、安靜，每個工作人員都非常的熱情。位於百年歷史的演樂衚衕，交通方便，離王府井，天安門， 南鑼古巷都非常近，酒店是四合院式的風格，一樓的小院有秋千椅，還有茶台，二樓是露台和餐廳，在陽光的照耀下喝着免 費的下午茶，和三五好友聊聊天，晚上還能喝點小酒，別提多愜意了，真的是一次不錯的入住體驗！有機會還會回來。

酒店早餐種類豐富，味道美味可口，服務周到細緻，感到賓至如歸。特別是西式早餐和中式早餐都有提供，非常貼心，很喜歡這裏的裝修和氛圍，非常有特色，所有的細節都很用心，床鋪也非常舒服。夜晚靜謐，好夢連連，枕頭彷彿有魔力，一覺到天明。前台更是超級nice，訊息秒回，讓人安心滿滿。下次旅行，這裏必是首選!

入住即驚艷。這不僅僅是一間房，是旅行的温馨港灣。古香古色的建築風格可以感覺到歷史的味道，恬靜的小院子和精緻的裝修，我非常喜歡能夠在這樣一個有情調的地方住宿，真是非常開心。總體感覺很棒，下次還會再來入住。
