"The service was terrible. I had to call someone to the desk to check in, my room wasn’t ready, when I checked out, no one was there to issue my deposit refund. When I went back to get my refund, they refused to return it to me claiming there was pet hair all over the room. I did not have a pet with me but I did bring a blanket from home which probably had pet hair on it. I should not be charged a$100 cleaning fee when they would have had to remove the bedding anyway to wash it!"

"Uno de los peores hoteles que he estado en el hotel! Mi habitación huele como se ha inundado y moldeado por todo el lugar. El agua no funcionó. La dama en el escritorio delantero no se preocupaba y no quería ayudar en absoluto. Me pagaron 3 veces la cantidad que estaba reservado. Todo el lugar huele como se ha inundado durante años. La piscina era verde."
