Tru by Hilton Beavercreek Dayton

My wife and I booked here last minute for a wedding we were attending in Dayton. Highly recommend! The best part was the top notch service we received from Agnes at the front desk. She made us feel like family! We will definitely be staying here in the future for events in Dayton.

We stayed here one night while we visited the Air Force Museum. The staff were friendly. The room clean and quiet. This was the first hotel in quite some time that gave me my complimentary water. They have a pool and foosball table. Would stay again.

My experience at Tru by Hilton Beavercreek Dayton was excellent. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. This Hilton property is fantastic and truly accommodating. From my arrival late on a Sunday night, Ms. Agnes at the front desk was head & shoulders above on customer service and providing documentation for my tax exemption due to this being a work trip. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the hotel was from lobby to room. The breakfast had solid, healthy choices and got my work week started off on the right foot. I left my charger and returned to ask about it, and unfortunately, couldn’t find it; but the front desk staff provided me with another one to keep. A TRUly all-around helpful and great experience. Thanks to your team for providing my second stay in Dayton with a world-class experience.

Excellent location. But more importantly, very, very clean. Comfortable bed, good fresh hot breakfast options. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Nice pool & fitness center. I felt very safe abd it was quiet. Normally you hear doors shutting as guests come and go. None of that. Very peaceful, highly recommend. Hilton never let's me down

Starting with the high points: 1) we really love the location, 2) we love the family game room atmosphere in the lobby area, 3) the time and energy put into the breakfast was clear; people were working hard to keep up, area was clean, selections were good. The only suggestion I would have is to relocate the plates and plates and flatware to one end or the other and away from the pancake machine (which btw is pure magic and looked like everyone enjoyed the pancake machine). Ok....here goes the critical feedback. Some things in the room design does not seem well thought out. The "coat hooks" are in the narrow area and had more than one person hit their shoulder or arm on them trying to walk through. They are also about head height for kids. The bed frames are too big for the beds, cheaply made and make for shin busters. I bet I hit my shins at least 6 times on two days. The bedding, too much polyester or something, I was hot/cold/sweaty/ gross both mornings. Otherwise, rooms are clean, soaps are great, plenty of towels. Kids loved the pool.

New, clean, friendly, great location. Good breakfast… 24 hour coffee, water filling station. Nice lobby area with tables, pool table, and access to a gym. Checks all the boxes and we would happily stay there again. Shout out to a very friendly welcome from John Rivera at the front desk when we checked in.

We recently stayed at the TRU Hilton Hotel in Beavercreek. This was about our fifth visit. We are repeat customers because of the friendliness and professionalism of the management (Miss Karen) and the staff (especially front desk Miss Agnes). The staff obviously takes example from the manager Miss Karen. In my personal observation, the management and staff are extremely accommodating for the customers. About the TRU Hotel Beavercreek facilities and amenities, we were pleased beyond satisfaction. I am personally a coffee drinker. The coffee was ALWAYS hot and fresh. The staff visibly works hard at ensuring that all amenities are well stocked and the facilities are spotless clean. I personally love the using the gym when I am visiting. It is always clean and towels are clean and stocked. My children absolutely love using the indoor pool. Again, the pool is always clean and the towels are clean and well stocked at all times. We absolutely love the breakfast in the mornings. The staff always ensures that we have everything we need to enjoy a wonderful breakfast together as a family. Lastly, we especially love the common areas of the TRU Hotel Beavercreek. We have use the common areas to gather with friends and family to enjoy meals and fellowship. Thank you Miss Karen, Miss Agnes, and the whole staff. We will absolutely recommend TRU Hotel Beavercreek to friends and family. We will absolutely be back again in the future.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the University of Dayton. We prefer to stay here whenever we’re up for our kid. It’s a convenient, nice area and not far from UD. During the recent family weekend on campus, we were very pleased, as usual. Agnes at the front desk is joyful, friendly, and helpful. Karen is a gem and keeps everyone feeling welcome. Shavonne in housekeeping goes above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. One of our most pleasant stays!
