Floor was sticky and dirty. I was afraid to walk barefoot. Smelled like the waiting room at the vet's office (I had a pet room). Furniture old and scuffed up. NO coffee machine or dishes or pots and pans. (I did notice a note that those things were available if you ask. NO hair dryer. Open bag of trash in the back entry, spilled on the floor. Everything very dated and old and unkept. I would not stay here again or recommend it. I paid $129 with the $25 pet fee.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and quick. We got a very nice room and there is a laundry room which was a huge convenience. Having been in a number of hotels traveling it was so nice that everything in the room worked and had no issues. Zero complaints at all and the weekly rates were affordable for anyone planning that extended stay.

I love the service great and they accommodated every need i had. Overall caresmatic at its best. The rooms are nice, it's a nonsmoking facility so that's great cause I have children so the atmosphere is not so toxic 🤣 also their rates are reasonable.

Y’all are saying this place is so great yadda yadda. YOU ARE LYING!!! Advertised rate $58. Get here it’s $80 plus tax. AC barely works. It’s 2am now and MISERABLE in the heat. Nothing can be done but leave. It’s tempting. “Fully equipped kitchen”. Not. Even. Close. No cooking utensils, plates, silverware NOTHING. “Lobby” is a sauna. Bathroom full of mold. Beds are like prison cots literally mattress on a flimsy metal frame. Every surface sticky. Musty smelling. That’s if you can get past the skunk smell. Towels stained. Disgusting. And WHY are room numbers written on all the garbage bags? This is all just beyond bizarre

I am very impressed with the staff. The green manager, Jake, will go out of his way to help. Every staff member I've dealt with has been great. Room is clean and comfortable. I've stayed in many extended stay place over the years. I've experienced both good and bad service. I rarely write reviews but...I just feel that Jake and his staff have went above and beyond to see that my wife and I are comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate this.

My experience was very pleasant and enjoyable the front desk was so helpful and nice and l will recommending friends and family. It's very nice place with a very good price. Room was clean and the place was very quiet.

We checked in late, around 10 pm, after a long day of travel (drove from GA). The first room we were given was INFESTED with bugs. We called for a new room as we had our 4 month old son with us and he was not going to stay in that room. Two ladies showed up at our door and 1. told us they do not do refunds so the best they could do was move and 2. questioned us as to where the bugs were, we could show them plenty. Once getting to our new room, the floor has obviously not been swept, the sheets were covered in someone else’s hair, the comforter had stains all over them, overall was not a well cleaned room. DO NOT stay here if you want a decent, clean room. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

They had an amazing staff, I was greeted and acknowledged when I first walked in. I felt like I was home away from home Ms. Shirley, I believe she was a house Keeper made sure I was taken care of my whole stay. 10/10 would recommend. I will be booking again soon thank you all so much 😊
