Great service great staff Dom and his colleagues were polite and very knowledgable ..have us ideas on where to visit and service was excellent Well done ! We visited all surrounding area .. it was a cold but sunny day we were wrapped up warm .. the castle was interesting and new borough beach .. Doms suggestion was glorious 😁

Very enjoyable two night stay in the beautiful town of Beaumaris. The food and drinks were very good, although disappointed that you have to go to the bar to order food especially when you are a guest and eating in the hotel lounge or bistro. My husband enjoyed the cask ale but unfortunately was not available on our second nights stay. Shout out to Tom (blond hair and glasses)working very hard in the bistro, serving food at breakfast, topping up the foods and crockery and cutlery as well as dealing with customers checking out! He was lovely and friendly and smiley and very organised!

I have stayed at the Bull many times over the past 30 plus years. It was always a favorite of mine and my wife's because of the exceptional service and the quality of the rooms and the food. However this all ended when the it was bought out by the Inn Collection Group three years ago. Each time we have visited since there has been a steady decrease in the quality of the experience. It has now reached a level of mediocrity that will mean that it will have been our last visit. The room was OK - the bed very comfortable and the decorations good - all inherited from the previous owners. The bathroom was not very clean, however. The service was OK, the staff all friendly but obviously very busy keeping up with the workload. Over the last few years the level of service has been steadily reduced to the point that there is no longer table service, something I would expect in the most humble cafe. The quality of the food has also declined. At first this was only slight but it has been steady. From being one of the best places to eat on the island and certainly the best in Beaumaris, I would say it is now only a mediocre pub standard.

We stayed here for 2 nights. A lovely old building with plenty of character. Our room was on the top floor and was very nicely decorated and furnished. Lots of stairs! Staff were very pleasant, breakfast choices were plentiful, bar food was lovely. Location excellent. No car park at the hotel. On-street free parking is available but difficult to find spaces nearby. There are a couple of large pay and display car parks although quite a distance to walk when you have bags and cases. We would stay here again but would ask for a room on a lower floor.

Lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff. We've been several times over the years and seen various changes. Whilst I can understand that perhaps from a staffing & cost point of view having to order food from the bar rather than waitress service makes sense, particularly off peak season. For visitors staying at the hotel however I cannot help but think this is a retrograde step. Particularly when (as we experienced) only one person was taking food orders, as well as dealing with check in & check out customers. Leading to queues at breakfast and evening meals. Even so we did enjoy our stay and will return.

Friendly staff; large attractive room and good food. Only drawback is lack of parking (perhaps understandable in Beaumaris).
