Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Checked in flawlessly late Friday (7pm). We were met by the wonderful manager who promptly escorted us to our room. After ensuring everything was in order, left saying he’s only a phone call away. Great southern hospitality. Room #3 was very large and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Oh but the shower….it was one of those really forceful shower heads and I was in heaven. Plenty of coffee this am and relaxing on the front porch was Southern Living magazine at its best. We cannot wait to return to Beaufort and pray they will have availability. Well done Bay Inn.

This was our 2nd stay at 607 Bay Inn….we love it. This is a lovely, clean, well appointed Guest House with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. There is a kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker for convenience. We stayed in the Palmeter 1st floor Bayside room, so pretty with a fireplace. There is ample on site parking with retail stores and restaurants all walkable, great location! They do not serve breakfast, but give you a voucher at a local coffee shop. We have stayed at many B&B’s, a lot of issues so we had almost given up on them until finding 607 Bay Inn. Will return next year.

Very comfortable room, perfect location! We were very impressed with how quaint our room was yet very modern at the same time! We could walk to everything and anything! Kristen was an outstanding and gracious host! Highly recommend this Inn for anyone who visits the beautiful city of Beaufort!

A very nice clean place to stay with a good location right on the waterfront. It was listed as a bed and breakfast but it isn’t. All we got were two $8 vouchers for a bagel place and a coffee shop. Also the inn keeper was noticeably absent. No one was there for recommendations or to answer questions. We were mostly on our own with no advice on what to see or where to eat. The experience was disappointing.

A very, very comfortable place with a wonderful view, especially from the front porch. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is modernized/renovated but with the charm of an old inn. The kitchenette has everything you need for take-out or your own food and beverage. The one demerit is that there is no common area with seating and lighting so that an early rising guest can hangout while his/her spouse is still sleeping.

Very comfortable rooms with a nice view from the porch and balcony. Room was clean, we were on the 2nd floor and enjoyed easy access to the balcony. There is a small refrigerator and a coffee service in the hall. There is some road noise at night but not all night. Communication prior to arrival was good, however, we did find it not as accommodating after check-in as we had to communicate via text. Response was slow and not very detailed. We did have some confusion with our breakfast vouchers as the restaurant took them on the first day, which left us without vouchers for the second day. We had 2 bottles of water on arrival but these were not replenished during the remainder of our stay, which was a topic of conversation as other guests had the same concern. It was nice to have the refrigerators available for cold items we brought with us. Our only issue with not having on site assistance was not getting concerns addressed quickly and/or not at all, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in a super location. The guest house and set up was super cool with private bedrooms and bathrooms, and some shared kitchenette, amenities, big front porches for breezes and views. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Great parking and privacy in the back. We are able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and the waterfront. The communication in advance of the stay and the personal interaction from the end keepers made this super stress-free. Highly recommend this to anybody traveling to Beaufort.

Truly a gem for the best resting place in Beaufort! Parking on site without fighting finding where to park was the first impression. It got better from there! The room was spacious with the best bed I've slept in for a long while. The bathroom was perfectly laid out with all amenities. There's a common kitchen with everything one might need. Complimentary coffee pod devise with cups, coffee and utensils are provided. We kept our evening snacks cool in the frig and there's ice when needed. The rooms are large! I say that to suggest that the TV be replaced with a bigger one because it's difficult to view from the bed (Ha Ha). You are one block away from the shops on Bay street and just steps from the water park, very convenient during the Water Festival. When we go back we will definitely try to get a room here first.

This is a really great place to stay. We chose it for its central location, easy parking, and the photos showed it had a lot of character and charm. But, there is so much more to recommend this inn. We had a wonderful, friendly and informative greeeting from Christopher. There are two kitchens available for guests to use and the porches and balconies are great places to sit and relax. We chose Tenny's Room which was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. One piece of advice is that there are no elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage choose a ground floor room. The breakfast vouchers work well. We used them for breakfast at Low Country Cider & Superior Coffee, which we can fully recommend - good food and good service with a lovely outside eating area.
