The hotel is very new, clean and located at a nice spot on the Pangangan island. It offers excellent conditions for snorkeling and diving with an own reef. The hotel offers an own diving shop with guides for diving training and trips to surrounding islands for reasonable prices. The location is far away from tourist hotspot like Panglao and is a perfect location for relaxing or using the hotel for daytrips to e..g. The chocolate hills. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and supportive for all activities, even if some of of the work routines and processes still need some optimization due to the relative young age of the Ressort.

El hotel no está todo decorado, y el precio debería subir después de que se haya decorado. Los vuelos que se llevan son anuncios del hotel. La piscina es característica. The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

La plupart des chambres sont placées derrière d'autres bâtiments, coupant la vue sur la mer (sauf quelques-unes, au-dessus de la piscine ronde, qui n'étaient malheureusement pas ouvertes). Une partie du resort, endommagée par des intempéries, n'est pas mise en ordre et un peu négligée. La musique constante au restaurant, qui envahit presque tout l'emplacement, est désagréable. La plage est très petite. La grande force de l'endroit est le personnel, d'une très grande gentillesse. La cuisine est bonne et remplit volontiers des désirs spéciaux, mais pour une situation de bord de mer, ne propose pas assez de poissons et de fruits de mer.

Все понравилось. Жили в деревянном бунгало, номер просторный, есть всё необходимое. Номер чистый, убирали. Напор воды хороший. Очень красивая территория, красивые цветы, удобные зоны для отдыха. Кухня хорошая, еда вкусная и разнообразная. При заселении - приветственный коктейль. Заселение максимально удобное без формальностей. Чистый бассейн возле бара. Пляж небольшой, но чистый с белым песком. Вечером прилив и пляж закрывают, но пройти можно при желании. Заказывали морскую экскурсию со снорклингом, на катере было всего 5 человек, комфортно. Остановка в 2 местах, красивый коралловый риф и даже есть черепахи. Персонал приветливый. Постирать белье в отеле не удолось, но посоветовали прачечную неподалеку.

ventaja: 1. El ambiente del hotel es bueno y la piscina está limpia. 2. El hotel está en una buena ubicación, muy cerca de Alona Beach y hay un servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito. 3. El personal de servicio tiene muy buena actitud. 4. Nos quedamos en Nochevieja y tuvimos una cena de Nochevieja gratis. 5. Existe un mundo infantil pequeño donde puedes cuidar a los niños. Si el bebé sabe hablar algo de inglés, podrá interactuar con el personal del servicio de niñera de varias formas. 6. La comida en el restaurante sabe bien, el precio es un poco caro pero la ración es suficiente. defecto: 1. El check-in fue extremadamente lento, tuve que esperar casi una hora. 2. Me alojé por 3 noches, la habitación no se limpió un día y no se proporcionaron toallas de baño ni de mano después de dos días de limpieza. Llamé y las solicité antes de que me las entregaran. 3. El hotel no tiene playa. Hay un lugar para jugar con arena junto a la piscina, pero no está junto al mar. Bajando las escaleras a la playa solo hay rocas. 4. El hotel ofrece alquiler de barcos y coches para diversas excursiones, pero son caros y poco fiables. Elegimos observar delfines y visitar islas. Debido a que nuestro bebé era pequeño, solicitamos específicamente que se omitiera el snorkel. Pensé que no sabía caminar en el agua y la recepcionista no me explicó ninguna precaución. Después de que me enviaron a la playa por la mañana, descubrí que tenía que caminar hacia el mar y luego subirme al bote (la marea estaba baja por la mañana y el bote se detuvo muy lejos. Sentí como si hubiera caminado más de A 50 metros de profundidad en el mar, la profundidad llegaba casi hasta mis muslos. Con el bebé en brazos todavía había varios tipos de cosas bajo mis pies. Los arrecifes de coral son particularmente difíciles de caminar. ¡Esto no fue dicho de antemano! Lo mismo ocurre para ir a la isla más tarde. No hay caballete y hay que meterse en el agua. No tenía ropa ni zapatos para caminar en el agua, así que me sentí muy avergonzada. Además, cuando llevaba a mi bebé en el barco, pisé una roca cubierta de musgo y me caí. La cámara de más de 20.000 dólares que llevaba en la mochila se mojó y no pude encenderla. Solo pude tomar fotografías con mi teléfono móvil. todas las vacaciones. Si tienes instrucciones con antelación, al menos puedes preparar una bolsa impermeable. 5. Hay una tarifa separada por usar el tutú del hotel para ir a otros lugares. Teniendo en cuenta que el precio de la habitación es de casi 3000 por noche durante el Festival de Primavera, parece un poco tacaño.

La habitación era muy agradable. El hotel estaba muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Me quedé dormido. Las piscinas son perfectas para el frío del calor. También nos disfrutamos de la playa. Nuestra estancia vino con desayuno gratuito con una amplia variedad de alimentos para elegir. Regresaremos aquí la próxima vez que regresemos a Bohol. Gracias Amorita!

The location and access to sit on a lounge chair on Alona Beach are a huge plus of this resort but is trumped by the wonderful, kind, welcoming and humble service provided by the people at the front desk, restaurants, cleaning staff, spa staff, bellmen, and security staff. It is a very comfortable place to stay. One glaring, head-scratching service miscue is the waiting staff serving the guests on the beach chairs and sitting at the tables between the pool and Alona Beach. Everytime we wanted to order, we had to chase down a waiter to put in an order. the wait time for food there was very long. I'm not sure why the rest of the facility has such outstanding service but this area does not.

Recientemente me quedé en The Bellevue y mientras la experiencia global fue decente, hubo unos pocos hicups que afectaron nuestra estadía. La habitación no es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Lamentablemente, la nueva habitación que nos habíamos asignado no era tan limpia como esperaba, por lo que tuvimos que pedir a la custodia para acondicionarla, lo que añadió a la frustración. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. En una nota más brillante, el desayuno era agradable con una gran variedad de opciones, y la cena, aunque media, fue satisfactoria. Una de las destacaciones de The Bellevue es la gama de actividades disponibles en el resort, que aporta valor a nuestra estancia. Con algunas mejoras en la velocidad de servicio y el mantenimiento de la habitación, esto podría ser fácilmente una experiencia de cinco estrellas.
