The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

每次想泡温泉，都來這家，衹圖一個室外泡池和真温泉。上次冬天入住外面的泡池怎麼放水都是冷水，完全沒熱水，最後是在房間內的泡池泡的。這次來，放了好久，依舊是沒有熱水，衹能在房間的泡池泡！關鍵是之前沒意識到房間臟，這次入住時取電出現問題，請服務人員過來看後，才發現那幾個開關噁心到要死…上次來住的同樣的房間，居然沒發現，這連最基本的打掃也沒有呀！仔細看了一圈，不止這倆…

準備把環京的温泉酒店都打卡一遍，打到這家實在是有點兒差了，設施陳舊都是小事兒，衞生特別差勁，一看就是客源不多，連早餐都不是自助，要按位單訂，實在有些沒法忍受這個環境，都沒有住，開完房就換了一個酒店……温泉水也不乾淨，池子裏的台階很滑，太長時間不清理的情況下雜質堆積就會很滑，小童滑梯也都不同程度的生銹，這要是劃傷一點就太危險了……服務就別提了，客觀條件在這兒如果提服務顯得在有意貶低了……不過客觀説也需要這個層次的酒店，滿足不同受眾的需要，畢竟價格也低到近乎於白住……這回是純打卡，住都沒住就撤了……

説實話這個莊園真可惜了，大週末沒幾個客人光顧，地方挺寬敞但感覺空盪盪的。走進去能明顯感受到該酒店的年代感，房間二樓沒電梯，房間一層浮灰還有味道，進門後趕快開窗通風，衞生真不成，手機充電都要把牀頭櫃搬開才有插座實在沒有管理運營。配套用品基本不要指望了最好自己準備，屋裡抽紙都是自己下單**外賣，瓶裝水2瓶喝完再想要，前台告知3元一瓶。唯一亮點就是配套温泉，霸州温泉水是真不錯每次路過都會忍不住停留一晚，這種條件的住宿真心不如買温泉票贈送給客户。酒店管理如果沒有改善下次是不會再選擇住了。

整個酒店也沒什麼人，木屋要去到另外一個區域，也沒什麼住客。晚上蓋上被子覺得熱不蓋又冷…反正就很不舒服，室外温泉就是一個簾子，私隱性也不好…

交通很方便，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，幫我們拿行李帶到房間，房間寬敞明亮，衞生也很乾凈，還可以去公共區域不限次泡温泉，酒店還有獨棟的小別墅，室內室外都有泡池，下次可以嘗試一下，推薦！

先説優點，1.住的木屋，有室內室外兩個池子；2.空調給力，暖風吹的很快屋裡能跟暖和；
再説缺點，1.兩個池子都不乾淨，室內那個從水裡撈出個死的馬蜂，邊上還有不少潮蟲，室外那個裡麪挺多落葉；2.放水速度慢，尤其是室外的，放了兩個小時，剛沒過第一個台階，最後沒泡成室外的；3.池子下水蓋子不好打開，洗澡沒有熱水，叫了兩次前台人員，基礎設施顯得太過老舊，4.放水過程中會突然有一股像是泥水，還有白色泡沫似的東西；5.洗澡的地方在室內池子上面，設計不合理，一個人洗澡，別人就不能泡了
總體來説很不滿意，本以為霸州温泉應該挺好，但是挺失望😞
