The hotel needs up keep. The staf is very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel needs some maintenance. Breakfast was standard Chinese breakfast.

The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

端午人很少，所以體驗不錯，包括旁邊小童樂園，40包場的樂趣
霸州温泉有裏面沒去了，感覺有些沒落，日月潭好像都不營業了，這家設施其實也有些破敗，一入住就相當於做了個開荒保潔，早餐可能也是因為人少是盒餐但挺夠吃

酒店的温泉池挺多的，每個都有不同的特色，還有小孩子玩的區域，帶娃來也不怕沒有孩子玩的地方。酒店周邊的環境也特別好，空氣什麼的都很好。房間裏寬敞，乾淨，床品也很舒服。太喜歡這裏了

兩大一小温泉門票:温泉真的是太糟糕了，本來就很小，進到更衣室都要被凍死了，換好衣服進去後，就看到很多大爺大媽，在每一個不同的大池子小池子裏面搓泥，沒有工作人員管理
設施：酒店設施不錯，屋裡有私湯。早飯就是普通的盒飯，我們定的兩大一小的房間，但是早飯沒有孩子的。
衞生：很好，陽光很足
環境：很安靜，很保暖
服務：周到，處理很細緻

每次想泡温泉，都來這家，衹圖一個室外泡池和真温泉。上次冬天入住外面的泡池怎麼放水都是冷水，完全沒熱水，最後是在房間內的泡池泡的。這次來，放了好久，依舊是沒有熱水，衹能在房間的泡池泡！關鍵是之前沒意識到房間臟，這次入住時取電出現問題，請服務人員過來看後，才發現那幾個開關噁心到要死…上次來住的同樣的房間，居然沒發現，這連最基本的打掃也沒有呀！仔細看了一圈，不止這倆…
