Das Bayrischzell

Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful with many outdoor activities nearby. The mountain view from our suite was extraordinary. We enjoyed the variety of delicious food and beverages included with the all-inclusive package. I especially liked the access to coffee machines all day, including the frothed milk available for my daughter. The service at breakfast/dinner was attentive and the kitchen staff very friendly. Lunch was adequate and the afternoon coffee/cake was reasonable. The bar had very good drinks, although pricier than most Bavarian places. My young daughter loved the Kids’ Club activities and the pool area. My family enjoyed our holiday time at this hotel. However, there are a few things I would like to see: 1. More books and complete game sets in the lobby. Most books were torn/old and many games were missing pieces. 2. Towels were thinner than most comparable places. 3. Although soaps were available in the shower and wash basin, no other amenities were in place. For example, there was no body lotion, toothpaste, etc. 4. The pillows were not really to my liking. I solve that by bringing my own. 5. The parting gift for my daughter was a little disappointing compared to other Familotel locations. She chose a small plastic bottle of soap bubbles. 6. We received a coloring/sticker book when we checked in to be filled in as we completed tasks in the hotel and around the village. However, at checkout, no one bothered to look at how many tasks my daughter completed in her book. She was a little disappointed when we left as a result. 7. I was also disappointed no one bothered to call me by my name anywhere in the hotel for our entire stay, or even learn my daughters name. We had the same servers most of our stay and same Kids Club staff but nowhere did any staff member try make it more personal. 8. The curtains in our room were not lengthy enough to block out all light- but that’s just a matter of personal preference. Regardless of my list of grievances, this hotel and location provided for a unforgettable holiday for my daughter. She loved every moment and that’s why we came here to this familotel location.

We had a great experience at the hotel with our 6&8 years old kids. The food was amazing and there was so much to do. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommend

She had a blast at the kids club and i got to get fit and relax joining the fitness programme, sauna and massage. The buffet is great, live music and magic show as well. We will surely come back as soon as possible !

Another gorgous stay at the Familiehotel in Bayrischzell, this time in winter time. We had been once before in August 2022 and were delighted to find our February halt term trip 2023 equally enjoyable, fun packed and relaxing. Fantastic staff, great family set up and fun skiing. We all loved it, 5 Stars!

Das Bayrischzell ist ein sehr schönes und familiäres Hotel. Alles in allem hat es wirklich bei uns gepasst. Ein wenig teuer fanden wir die alkoholischen Getränke an der Bar. Aber erwähnenswert ist wirklich das Essen und die super Qualität! Hier ein großes Lob

Unser Aufenthalt im Familienhotel „Das Bayrischzell“ war in jeder Hinsicht eine Bereicherung für uns als Familie. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche und professionelle Betreuung durch das Bayrischzell-Team – sowohl wir Eltern als auch unser Kind haben uns von Beginn an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Angebote für Kinder waren hervorragend durchdacht und liebevoll umgesetzt. Unser Kind hatte große Freude an den vielfältigen Aktivitäten und konnte neue Erfahrungen in einem geschützten, pädagogisch wertvollen Rahmen sammeln. Die Betreuung war nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch einfühlsam und kompetent – das schafft Vertrauen und Entlastung für Eltern. Auch für uns Erwachsene bot das Hotel zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Besonders die Spa-Angebote waren ein echter Genuss und ermöglichten uns kleine Auszeiten, die im Familienalltag oft zu kurz kommen. Wir danken dem gesamten Team für diesen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
