Es la primera vez que un Hyatt me decepciona tanto. Si bien la ubicación es excepcional, los espacios comunes son lindos y la atención en general es esmerada, las habitaciones son viejas y problemáticas. En nuestra estadía en Asía hicimos tres veces checkin en el hotel, nos tocaron habitaciones heladas, tuvimos que pedir calefacción extra, las tarjetas para entrar dejaban de funcionar siempre por lo que teníamos que volver a la recepción cuando lo que queríamos era descansar, en la primera habitación la pileta del baño se tapaba y en la tercera el olor a cigarrillo era tan desagradable que tuvimos que pedir cambio. Definitivamente NO.
