Graphic Hotel Batumi

The only positive aspect of my stay was the room itself — it was bright, airy, spacious, and had a nice sea view. The design made good use of natural light, which created a pleasant atmosphere inside the room. However, my overall experience was far from relaxing. Early in the mornings, the housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the corridors — talking, shouting, and making noise while working. Everything they did was incredibly noisy, and I was woken up early two mornings in a row because of it. It was very disturbing. I also found the room cleaning to be below expectations. Another major issue was the room temperature — it was uncomfortably cold. Even after running the air conditioner for hours, the room never warmed up. The staff in the breakfast area were also quite unfriendly and unprofessional. One of them even tried to take my plate while I was still eating. I didn’t encounter a single warm or welcoming face. On the contrary, I felt uncomfortable due to the strange looks I was getting, which ultimately led me to change hotels. As for the location, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old City, so it’s not exactly central. Although the room had some positive qualities, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.

Nice hotel near beach and in walking distance of most Batumi worth-to-see objects. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but this does not include the breakfast restaurant staff (those do not understand what is the purpose of their jobs). One of worst breakfast choices I've got in former Eastern Europe and not well presented. One has to wait even for cups-glasses for morning drinks, one must wait for pot made coffee because it is served too little and extremly slow. With the price level one expects perfect breakfast, but gets in best moment perfect croissant (if he manages to wait enough).

I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positive aspects, overall, I would not recommend staying here. Starting with the negatives, the first issue I encountered was the extreme noise level. The hotel is located in an area that is very loud, and I found it difficult to sleep and relax due to the constant outside and inside noise. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was not up to par, and I encountered several instances of bad service during my stay. The rooms were also disappointing. They appeared to be unfresh and in need of cleaning. The breakfast offered at the hotel was poor, and did not meet my expectations. Super basic set. However, the internet connection was good, and I appreciated the sea side view from my room. The location of the hotel was also fine, as it was close to the beach and park. Despite the positives, I would recommend giving this hotel a miss due to the significant negatives. The noise level, bad service, unfresh rooms, and poor breakfast were enough to make my stay unpleasant. Overall, I believe there are better options available in the area.
