I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive and always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast each morning (specially the cakes😅). There was a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty, giving a great start to the day. I especially appreciated how the hotel was located near the Black Sea, making it easy to enjoy the scenic views and coastal atmosphere. It was just a short walk away, perfect for those who love to spend time by the water without being right in the middle of a busy beach area. Overall, the combination of friendly staff, great amenities, and proximity to the Black Sea made this hotel an excellent choice. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a convenient base to explore the surrounding area, this place ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip here, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Nice hotel near beach and in walking distance of most Batumi worth-to-see objects. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but this does not include the breakfast restaurant staff (those do not understand what is the purpose of their jobs). One of worst breakfast choices I've got in former Eastern Europe and not well presented. One has to wait even for cups-glasses for morning drinks, one must wait for pot made coffee because it is served too little and extremly slow. With the price level one expects perfect breakfast, but gets in best moment perfect croissant (if he manages to wait enough).

Very very bad hotel no cleaning at all toilet dirty and have very bad smell seems like long time they didn't clean it customer service very poor and they are not helping and every things not available, not recommend at all.

definitely very nice experience, starting from reception, polite receiving, room was medium size, but very functional, with a balcony, which is a big plus. breakfast tasty, every morning new hot dish.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positive aspects, overall, I would not recommend staying here. Starting with the negatives, the first issue I encountered was the extreme noise level. The hotel is located in an area that is very loud, and I found it difficult to sleep and relax due to the constant outside and inside noise. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was not up to par, and I encountered several instances of bad service during my stay. The rooms were also disappointing. They appeared to be unfresh and in need of cleaning. The breakfast offered at the hotel was poor, and did not meet my expectations. Super basic set. However, the internet connection was good, and I appreciated the sea side view from my room. The location of the hotel was also fine, as it was close to the beach and park. Despite the positives, I would recommend giving this hotel a miss due to the significant negatives. The noise level, bad service, unfresh rooms, and poor breakfast were enough to make my stay unpleasant. Overall, I believe there are better options available in the area.

Stayed here with a group of 25 people. Checked in with group in double accommodation. They failed to provide even two keys/ access card per room and said they don’t have and will give only when some guest check out. This was strange. Than AC in most of the rooms were with poor cooling. Breakfast menu was also very limited . Only good part about this hotel is that it’s walking distance from the Beach. Overall will rate its as an average Hotel.

The hotel is fairly new. Decent size rooms. Very clean and high quality room amenities. Check in and out were smooth. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is awesome, walking distance from the boulevard and you can walk from the back road to the Piazza and Europe square. Loads of food and shopping options around. The breakfast hall is small though so during the busy hour (around 10) you may need to wait for a little until a table is free. Overall experience is fantastic and highly recommended
