Great hotel, close to the old town where you can find cafes and restaurants, and just a short walk from the boulevard. The hotel breakfast is fabulous and served from their rooftop terrace, with some spectacular views of the Black Sea! We had the English breakfast and it was delicious! Great stay and would definitely return! Thank you!

Hotel is great, location wonderful, but I cannot say enough about the breakfast. Eggs were perfect, sausages, mushrooms, Greek salad, all kinds of jams… selection of Georgian, English, Mediterranean or American, but go for the English breakfast:) Superb location for a morning start - rooftop terrace with a view of the sea. Would highly recommend.

1st room was 80ﾟ no air conditioning, some veneer coming off of furniture, no exhaust fan in the bathroom two lights didn't work. 2nd room upgrade bigger room no desk 5 of 7 lights don't work don't work air conditioner not working because they would not turn it on until the end of May. The room was 78ﾟ. The only way to cool it off was to open all the windows and listen to the roar of the traffic below on the cobblestone street. The hallway carpet was pulled up at the ends, torn,wrinkled and very dirty.

Шикарные завтраки на выбор. Выбрала грузинский, особенно понравилась яичница по-грузински. Очень вкусно, много, замечательная официантка. То, что я не смогла доесть, дали в take-away-bag с собой в номер. Большое спасибо ☺️

Dit hotel zou de moeite waard kunnen zijn, aangezien de ligging. Maar, de service is ondermaats, de kamers verouderd (onze deur kon niet op slot). Hulp wordt er niet geboden, behalve als je Russisch spreekt. Als men geen Westerse gasten verkiest, laat dit dan vooraf weten. Het ontbijt is geen buffet, maar je moet een keuze maken uit vier verschillende ontbijten (Mediterraans, Georgisch, Amerikaans of Engels) Op zich niet slecht, maar je krijgt maar 1 tas koffie bij het ontbijt (voor het ontbijt) Personeel van de receptie is ronduit onvriendelijk

Незнаю что случилось у вас в этом месяце и мы попали на такой плохой период.очень обидно что все отзывы которые мы читали не соответствовали действительности.хамство и безразличие персонала.номер холодный без отопления,как будто отель забросили и всем просто всеравно.хотелось чтобы кто-то всетаки занялся дисциплиной и почином не поладок.4 звезды отель а соотношение качества и заявки на такой уровень мы не увидели.хочется просто кричать руководству наконец-то обратите внимание и не живите в розовых очках.мы платим деньги за услуги которые вы обещаете и обязаны выполнять.буду писать где только можно что в вашем отеле клиентов обвиняют в неуплате денег и нагло настаивают на этом.при том что чек унас был.отвратительные девушки на рецепшене.только супервайзер была вежливой. Но это ответственность руководства раз вы берете кого попало на работу и они считают что имеют право так обращаться с клиентами!!!!!
