«Location was super convenient, literally across is the ferry terminal and mall. Food stalls were nearby and right beside is a convenience store. Easy to call for grab to bring us around. Room was pretty big and check in was smooth. Room could be alittle cleaner and the toilet could be cleaned better as the shower area chokes up when we shower. Overall was okay.»

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our celebration extra special—including a complimentary anniversary cake that was such a sweet surprise! The hotel itself is stunning. We loved relaxing at the rooftop bar with its beautiful views, and the swimming pool was perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was another highlight—so many delicious options to choose from, catering to every taste. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. It’s rare to find service this outstanding. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room amenities were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect — just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, very convenient for travelers. The hotel environment feels safe and quiet. Staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Batam!

We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

XXuanFui allí con pocas expectativas debido a las críticas en Tripadvisor. Pero creo que el hotel es bastante bueno en general. Sí, el hotel es un poco viejo y la ropa de cama puede tener una pequeña mancha, pero me sorprendió gratamente que su cama individual sea en realidad una cama tamaño queen y una cama individual. Sus habitaciones también están amuebladas principalmente con muebles de madera. Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es el aire acondicionado, es muy fuerte y hace mucho frío. Nos envolvimos en la manta como un burrito. Quizás una pequeña cosa a tener en cuenta es que, aunque hay carteles de ”prohibido fumar” en los ascensores, todavía hay viajeros que fuman abiertamente allí. Pero aparte de eso, creo que el hotel está bien en general. También es bastante seguro, porque debes escanear la tarjeta de la habitación antes de seleccionar el nivel al que deseas ir. También hay Macdonalds cerca, sólo hay que cruzar la calle.

Breakfast spread is great, room is clean, bed is medium firm and comfy. Only thing was that the handheld shower head was leaking, but we were fine with using the wall mounted shower head.

Down side of this stay is we were put in a room beside another one undergoing renovation works so the chemical smells that came into our room (also perhaps through the centralised A/C system) was not pleasant.
Counter staff are helpful and friendly, initially couldn't find our booking via trip.com but managed to find it after. Also let us have an early check-in (we went on an off-peak wednesday noon)
Location is near harbour bay ferry terminal and easy to Grab/Gojek elsewhere. However no popular attractions/main malls within walking distance. The hotel provides free shuttle services to main malls at fixed timings, which is a plus.
Pluses and minuses but in view of the really affordable price, overall a good stay.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.
