«La ubicación es excelente, con los lugares de comidas de mar que están a sólo 3-5 minutos a pie del hotel.
La habitación era espaciosa, se le dio la habitación con baño aunque no le había reservado. La vista estaba bien. También se obtuvo un alto nivel de 9 para que cuando los pubs estaban explotando música, no se puede oír desde nuestro nivel.
En general todo era bueno, pero sólo las hojas de cama y los tapones tienen tintas que no se limpiaron. Hasta había una tina de sangre en mi lado de la cama.»

«The hotel staffs are very accomodating and warm with their guests. The location is near Nagoya Hill Mall and Spas. However, the only concern I have is that the rooms are not noise proof. As the hotel is located at the corner of the roads, vehicles are heard clearly that causes me not to get to sleep. We raise our concern and we're moved to another room the next day. The room had the same concern but we really appreciate their effort.»

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our celebration extra special—including a complimentary anniversary cake that was such a sweet surprise! The hotel itself is stunning. We loved relaxing at the rooftop bar with its beautiful views, and the swimming pool was perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was another highlight—so many delicious options to choose from, catering to every taste. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. It’s rare to find service this outstanding. First and foremost, a sincere thank you to General Manager Mr. Akbar for his warm hospitality and exceptional leadership. His personal attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out and set the tone for the high level of service we experienced throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Mr. Tarmizi, who went above and beyond to arrange shuttle services for my family. Not only was everything seamless, but his friendly demeanor and professionalism made our travel experience smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service in ferrying us around was truly appreciated.
Every staff member at YELLO Hotel Batam contributed to our memorable stay. From the front desk team to housekeeping and the restaurant crew – everyone greeted us with warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and a genuine desire to make us feel welcome.
The hotel’s location at Harbour Bay is perfect, the rooms are clean and modern, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend YELLO Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area.

LLiatravelistaSo glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas de las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno por este precio.

RRainbowsIt's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

UUsuario anónimoNeeded a massage getaway to Batam. I previously stayed at Aston and was quite happy, but the price at the time of my visit was around 2x the usual due to the holiday season. I paid only around 50 sgd, really affordable for a king size room with a bathtub and sofa in the room. Property itself is older and in a way less clean than Aston but the breakfast was way better.
