Location is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the  morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

She even arranged a surprise birthday decoration in our room on the second day - kudos to her! *Friendly Staff:* The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming. *Excellent Amenities:* - Delicious breakfast spread - Convenient location near the cruise center and seafood restaurants - Easy access to Grand Batam Mall and Hypermart Mall via Gojek or Grab *We'll Be Back!* We're eager to return and stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay again. Fui allí con pocas expectativas debido a las críticas en Tripadvisor. Pero creo que el hotel es bastante bueno en general. Sí, el hotel es un poco viejo y la ropa de cama puede tener una pequeña mancha, pero me sorprendió gratamente que su cama individual sea en realidad una cama tamaño queen y una cama individual. Sus habitaciones también están amuebladas principalmente con muebles de madera. Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es el aire acondicionado, es muy fuerte y hace mucho frío. Nos envolvimos en la manta como un burrito. Quizás una pequeña cosa a tener en cuenta es que, aunque hay carteles de ”prohibido fumar” en los ascensores, todavía hay viajeros que fuman abiertamente allí. Pero aparte de eso, creo que el hotel está bien en general. También es bastante seguro, porque debes escanear la tarjeta de la habitación antes de seleccionar el nivel al que deseas ir. También hay Macdonalds cerca, sólo hay que cruzar la calle.

Went batam for 3 days 2 nights.. first night at 4 points and 2nd night at marriott to celebrate my birthday this month.. booked stay and dine (either lunch or dinner for 2pax). I was caught in surprises as there is miscommunication within the hotel team about the dining that causes some disappointment.. luckily, that's a young interm with the name ”Natalia” that came to ask about our stay during breakfast that we manage to voice up about the dinner.. I feel much better after talking to them, and they offered us the BBQ dinner as compensation.. I am happy with their sincerity and close the case without taking their compensation. It's very good following up and having a good stay in 4 points as the room is very clean.. Can consider to go back if going to batam again

El hotel y el personal estaban muy agradables. Sala limpia y espaciosa. El bar de techo era una zona agradable para la refrigeración. Restaurantes cerca de la ciudad, así que la comida está cubierta.

The hotel exudes a grand and luxurious vibe. The reception staff provided good service and spoke good English. They served a nice welcome drink. The design adopts a unique cruise concept, even the pool floor resembles the pool you get on a cruise, with 2 jacuzzi tubs in addition to the main pool. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. However, the only minus is the shower stall in the room toilet. The kerb isn't built high enough, so the water flows out very quickly when taking a shower.
