Excelente servicio al cliente.. El personal fue increíble y acomodado a horas extrañas de la tarde. Será desafiante de nuevo. También una gran ubicación cerca de muchas compras, restaurantes, caminar y pistas de bicicleta

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Battle Creek, MI. This was the first time that we stayed there and definitely won't be the last. We stayed in an accessible room with a roll in shower (Room 101) complete with shower chair. The room had 2 double beds which was ok but we prefer to have a king size bed. We really appreciated that the room was close to the front door right past the front desk so that my husband did not have to walk far. The breakfast room was on the other side of the front desk which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good, it included scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, mini-muffins, apples, oranges, cereal, etc. Everything was clean and the staff was so friendly. The staff asked if they could get anything for us, if everything was to our liking, etc. As I was rolling the luggage cart out to load my vehicle, the young lady at the desk if I needed any help. I really appreciated the offer. My husband really enjoyed the fresh cookies that were available in the evenings. As we were checking out the manager and owner were both there and we were told that more renovations are being planned. I can't wait until our next trip in the fall to visit family to see what other improvements they will make.

It was a fine stay. I had no issues with the hotel room. Quiet and nice atmosphere. At this price point, there are many options available. What I witnessed was this inn was proactive with cleanliness and doing renovations to improve the facility. This isn't the case for other brands at this price point. Don't expect a doorman or a shoeshine, it isn't that kind of hotel. But for a basic place to rest and enjoy it worked out well for me. I didn't use the pool, but I saw others that did. Breakfast was offered fairly basic, cereal and bagels, waffle but good enough to get the day started.

La piscina está dentro, así que cuando hay muchos niños allí, se hace bastante ruido. Hay un gimnasio con agua en botella, una camioneta, una bicicleta de ejercicio, elíptica y barbells. Usamos el lavavajillas y secador. $1.50 para lavar y $1 para secar. Es un gran precio. Y las máquinas funcionaron muy bien. El desayuno estaba muy cerca de lo que consideraríamos un desayuno completo. La habitación tiene un hermoso refrigerador con un congelador separado y un café. La TV es de aproximadamente 30 pulgadas, por lo que no es muy grande. Hay un restaurante de Culver a la puerta. Un subterráneo a través de la calle. Un Walmart y el Club de Sam no muy lejos. Muchas empresas y comedores muy cerca. La Linea de Bottom – Este es un buen hotel, con muchas comodidades. Nos quedaríamos aquí en un viaje futuro.

My husband and I stayed here one night after finishing up some business in Kalamazoo. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. I'm not going to complain about what they did or did not offer due to covid -- I've traveled to too many places where there is no breakfast in the morning and you make do on your own. Any offering, to me, is a plus. The only thing about this hotel that I didn't care for: the walls seemed extremely thin -- I could hear the tv in the next room doing its automatic smart device turn-on thing. When someone checked into that room, I don't think the person was being overly loud, but we could hear most of what went on all the same. Even so, it was a pleasant stay.

Home2 Suites by Hilton is excellent. We spent one night as a family of 5. The suite is very large and very clean and comfortable. Everyone said that this is where we should have booked 2 or three nights. Definitely will look for Home2 when we book in various cities and recommend it to any family booking for vacation. Book more than 1 night. You will love it
