My husband and I stayed here to bring in the new years December 30, 2022 - January 1, 2023. Upon checking out sis not see vehicle damage. Drove a few minutes away stopped saw it called hotel and they said come back. We went back, desk representative said this happens all the time and they will handle. She called the manager who said get the information and have her call back. It is now almost Labor Day 2023 my vehicle HAS NOT been repaired. I have called /emailed SEVERAL times no reps ones. My husband has sent emails no response. I have a claim number with the Marriott, the rep called and still no response. The assistant manager is Carly Erwin who I have all of her emails from March, April and still have no heard anything back. I let her know what the repairs shop said . Have not heard from her or a representative of hers / Marriott’s. As the desk rep said the vehicle is valet parked in just a public parking lot. It is not a private lot like the Hilton located on 3rd street they said. So they have no idea what happened to vehicle. Carly in her email said a insurance representative would contact me so have no been contacted by mail, email (to mine or my husbands) or phone call (not mine or my husbands).
