It is hard to find the right words! Excellent,fun,charming. And Christine is such a superlative hostess.While she is a consummate professional and never intrusive, she has such personal warmth she is able to make you feel as if you are a treasured guest. Our fellow guests were as pleased as we were and we enjoyed our dinner and evening drinks with them before the fire. We felt so lucky to spend time at Bishops Court and will definitely be back. Bishop's Court is now included in our top accomodation experiences. Not just the bed and breakfast experience but also the owner Christine, her staff, food, the attention to detail, the glorious garden and the list continues. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea were highlights as was the amazing restoration of the building. We have never felt as welcomed. We did indeed "Arrive as strangers and leave as friends"

My wife and I were happy to discover this hidden gem beside st stanilaus college. We were well looked after by Christine and enjoyed a drink and meeting guests in the evening before heading out to dinner. The room and common area were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thanks for your hospitality.

What can I say except this is our 6th year staying here and we love it!!! Christine is the consummate host who makes everyone feel quite at home! This property is amazing and you can’t go past the incredibly welcoming and warm environment. As long as Christine is the host we will continue to come time and time again

Overnight stay was delicious: fluffy pillows, custom robes, private balcony. The decor was stunning, Christine's attention to my comfort and convenience was exceptional. I facilitated a corporate program the following day in the Chapel, and again, it went as smoothly as one would expect from such a delightful place! Dietary considerations were no problem. Everything was done ahead of time so the group of 15 people could be totally immersed in their business, but also immersed in this piece of delightful history.

The most beautiful place I have ever been and the service is second to none! Christine is the most wonderful host, so kind, helpful and makes the experience so beautiful. Christine makes you feel so special and so welcome. It was my first time visiting Bishops Court Estate and it will not be the last. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was so peaceful and everything was so classy and elegant. Stay here, dine here and have your event here you won't regret it!

A very special place to relax and unwind. Elegant, friendly, helpful, delightful - it's easy to overdo the positives because we couldn't fault our wonderful stay over our three night stay. Christine was super helpful with recommendations on what to see and places to eat, and her previous life as an interior designed is easy to see reflected in this wonderful boutique hotel. The King size beg was a dream to sleep in, and the balcony overlooking a beautifully cool & calm courtyard just added to the experience. The bathroom, albeit down a corridor, was perfect with dual basins & a walk in shower. Breakfasts were a feast and the coffee spot on. We didn't want to leave and look forward to visiting once again.

Located within the old town boundaries this fantastic hotel is the home away from home for all travellers. Christine provides beautiful comfortable rooms with an exquisite breakfast and evening meal on order.. complimentary port and chocolates in all rooms. Free onsite parking. Wonderful grounds to wander and pass the day.. Victorian standards of table ware and service.. just cannot wait to return..

Absolutely gorgeous escape from busy Sydney. We were made to feel very welcome and Christine is an amazing hostess. Luxurious elegant accommodation and a hidden gem that was recommended to us by my brother who had discovered it. Have already recommended to family and friends
