Flat was extremely well situated, perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need! Super easy self check in, and a parking space just around the corner! We were provided with loads of information on the apartment and the local area. Stayed with my mother as we were seeing a show in town, it was really a perfect experience and great value!

This is our second stay here (we’ve stayed at the B&B too which is fab!) and it didn’t disappoint! Just as lovely as we remembered it. Everything you could want and more. There is an allocated parking space really near the apartment, we parked on arrival and didn’t need the car once during our 3 night stay. The apartment has a large comfy sofa with cushions, a nice round table with 4 chairs to sit and eat breakfast. Kitchen is really well equipped. Fantastic host Kim provided us with ample information before our arrival plus tea, coffee, fresh coffee, fresh milk, brioche, jam, marmalade, butter portions so we didn’t need to go to the large Sainsburys (two minutes walk) on arrival. We were celebrating my birthday and Kim left us a bottle of Prosecco with banners and balloons, such a thoughtful, generous, kind gesture. I have recommended this apartment to so many friends and colleagues over the years, so much so that they have booked when we wanted to revisit a good few times! It is only 12-13 minutes walk into the centre of Bath, there are so many places to see, eat, drink, it’s fab! We will definitely return to this special place in Bath! Thanks Kim x

Loved it. 5 star apartment in the beautiful city of Bath. Can't fault the place at all. Spent the weekend exploring the many streets and shops. Great places to stop fior a few pints. Lots of places to eat. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you.

Comfortable and roomy accommodation, which has been thoughtfully equipped, making arrival and overnight seamless and relaxing. Accessible parking in an area where parking anywhere is a challenge. Easy walk into the centre of Bath. Enjoyable stay. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at this one bedroom Bath House apartment. The bed was super king and super comfy and the parking space just round the corner was great as it is in the centre of the city. The apartment had everything you needed would definitley stay there again. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely apartment, thoughtfully equipped with everything you may require for a longer stay. Fantastic location - short walk to the Centre. Convenient parking space and a large shop nearby. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Very enjoyable stay.

This property's highlight is its location, a few minutes walk to Bath's historical center, and literally two minutes walk to a large grocery store. The included parking space half a block away is very convenient. Also convenient are separate washer and dryer units. On the negative side is the overall clutter of the place. There is just too much "stuff" everywhere. The living room has a coffee table in one corner with an ottoman and a box full of toys underneath it which are useless and take a lot of space in the already small property, the bedrooms have stools and and ottoman, also taking away precious floor space. I would probably eliminate most decorative cushions from the living room sofas. The bathroom in the master suite is very small and the shower enclosure is particularly miniscule. Being 6'2" tall it was very hard for me to reach for the soap when it fell to the floor. Also curious is the sheer quantity of instructions and warning labels and notes spread all over the place on everything, from the oven to the toilet flush, to the garbage bins, to the windows. Everywhere you look, there is a note, the most remarkable one being "Please only place items back in cupboards if clean". I guess that one tells a lot about the kind of guests this host has received in the past... Regardless, the property was clean, the kitchen well equipped and all appliances were in good working condition. Special kudos and thanks to Kim, the host. She was very hands-on, super responsive and helpful and contributed to make our stay in beautiful Bath a remarkable one.

Great location. Had everything we needed. Kids loved the stairs. Supermarket nearby. Plenty of cooking facilities. Loads of towels. Comfy couches and close by parking. Had Netflix too! Will definitely recommend to others to stay here. We loved Bath

Really great apartment. Situation approx 5 minute walk from the centre of Bath. Free parking space and providing all the facilities you could want in the apartment. Welcome pack was just right after a 4 hour journey We couldn’t have asked for more from the place!
