I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chestnuts Boutique B&B! I was able to park up my car at the front of the establishment and walk around Bath for the rest of my visit! Attractions and places of interest were around a 15 minute walk away- which is fantastic!
The host was so helpful and attentive.
My room was clean and comfortable! I had access to plenty of wardrobe space,a TV with Netflix, a fridge, kettle and a well stocked box of tea treats (& fresh cakes too!)
Breakfast was gorgeous and fresh. There were plenty of local leaflets available to read about local events and attractions too.

The hotel was very nice with all the amenities available. It’s just less than 10 mins walking from the town center. Parking slots are also available. The breakfast was amazing.

My partner and I stayed for two nights over the Valentine's weekend. We were enormously impressed and thankful to Tony for his wonderful hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were immaculate and the sweet treats were much appreciated. And breakfast took it to a new level, absolutely delicious and catered for food intolerances fantastically. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the Chestnuts house on Saturday night along with 2 other couples. We were in Bath to watch England V Ireland in the six nations and then off to the Forum to see the David Bowie show - (A must see if you can get tickets) Chestnuts house is a gem. Clean as a whistle and very stylish! Toni the host was so charming, friendly & helpful. The hospitality tray was stocked with chocolates, biscuits & homemade carrot cake! Delicious! The bed was extremely comfortable, we could have stayed there all day but we had to get up for breakfast - which was superb! I had the eggs benedict - cooked to perfection. Just the right runnyness of the egg and the crispiest bacon. My husband had a full English who said the sausages were fab.

I have just stayed at Chestnuts. From the moment I had booked to the (delayed) moment I left I was treated brilliantly by Toni, Dawn, Sue, Shannon and Kim. Dawn very patiently guided me through the maze of streets when I arrived lost. Sue greeted me warmly at the door. My bedroom was spacious, very clean and had every comfort imaginable (and a few just added - fresh carrot cake!). The bathroom, too, was spacious, very modern (with a rain shower) and highly specc'd. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and very generous. It offers, additionally, many alternatives to the traditional British fry up (including a vegetarian option). They also very kindly found me a place so that I did not have to incur additional parking charges for the day. It is also really well located for all the sights in Bath so that once you have got there you can simply walk to them.

Not only a perfect location for the town centre and Christmas markets but this place is better than pretty much any other place I have stayed in the past, anywhere. The thought and detail that has gone into every aspect of your stay is incredible…the smallest things have been thought through - towels that are big enough, fresh milk, flasks for fridge for water, teapots that don’t leak, umbrellas to borrow, car chargers to name a few things - this is truly a quality stay. Brilliant breakfast and fresh local ingredients make for a good start to the day. The friendly welcome with an “ask me anything” approach with a continual smile makes this a place we will definitely visit again! See you again Toni and team!

I would thoroughly recommend Chestnuts House. We stayed for two nights as a family of 4 in two rooms. Both rooms were a good size, were comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was fresh milk and cake provided in addition to the standard tea, coffee and biscuits which was a lovely touch. Despite being fully booked the house was incredibly peaceful and we slept very well. Breakfast was wonderful. It was freshly cooked and served to order and nothing seemed too much trouble. We’d definitely return in future!

What a perfect place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected but were welcomed by the friendly staff and allowed to use our room early. Room was spotless and had all you could want, a mini fridge with fresh milk and a daily slice of cake left each day. Breakfast was fantastic and a great variety for a B & B. Close to the centre of Bath. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Chestnuts House on a Friday night in October, and it could not have been better. Our host Toni was very responsive to questions before our arrival, and made our stay perfect in every way, including making one of the best B&B breakfasts we have ever had! It was great to find somewhere for just one night, when many places in Bath have two night minimums, or are ghastly corporate type hotels. You can park right out front in the driveway (for free). It's an easy walk into the centre of town yet you're in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. The bed was really comfortable, and the room nicely decorated. The only regret was that we didn't have the time to stay for a second night to experience another of Toni's amazing breakfasts!
