El personal es muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación comunicada a pesar de que solo reservamos una habitación normal. El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas de las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno por este precio. La ubicación también es buena. Caminé recto y puedes encontrar numerosos restaurantes.

Room is big and spacious. Clean and tidy. Convenient place for shopping and eating.

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

El personal es muy bienvenido y útil. Las habitaciones de la villa fueron grandes. Es limpio y lo encontramos muy cómodo con una agradable vista al mar y a la piscina pero el teléfono no funciona y el wifi es lento de la villa. Como para el desayuno es muy local. No muy variedad. La playa era sucia, por lo que no nadábamos.

I always stayed at Han's Inn Hotel wherever I visited Nagoya,Batam. This hotel recently just completed renovation, added more rooms during construction and new rooms can considered smaller than the old room. When check in, it is advised to check with the receptionist if you want a big space room. Basically, food, shopping within walking distance. The only reason why booked this hotel living like in kampong style and away from city. Overall this hotel is recommended.

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

A very standard 3 stars hotel. There are a few night clubs around so you will definitely hear the music very late at night. There are food stalls and mini markets nearby to grab snacks and food quickly. The amenities like curtains and bathroom are pretty old and barely functioning.
