Hotel is 10-15 minutes drive away from mega mall and grand Batam mall. Grab is easy to get. We didn’t take it but the hotel also offers shuttle to the malls which was nice. We chose the location for the view away from the city buildings! Saw they had a small soccer and archery area, good for kids. Room was alright, nice view. Great gym, breakfast, and reception service from Mr Hary!

La presión del agua en el baño estaba en general bien, pero mal/debilidad en nuestro último día, pero el calentamiento tiene graves problemas. Tenemos que llamar a la mantenimiento para venir a repararlo (la misma pregunta para ambas habitaciones que reservamos). El hotel es extraño muy íntimo con agua potable. Ofrecen sólo 2 x 330 ml botellas de agua por día. Cuando usted solicita más agua, le dicen no, porque es la política del hotel. Entonces nos pidieron que pagáramos por el agua. Chilling environment and spacious room. It's a environmental friendly hotel. Staffs are friendly and nice view from the hotel room. A great place for family leisure time. You don't have the time to feel boring at all since the hotel offered quite some activities if you don't plan explore the city by yourself.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Batam was lovely-peaceful and made special by the **exceptional staff** . Thank you to the receptionist for alerting us about a forgotten food package, engineering for quickly fixing our bathroom door, housekeeping for daily tidying and sweet towel toys for my daughter, and the restaurant manager for the thoughtful honey lemon drink. While the building feels a bit dated, the **genuine hospitality** here shines brighter. Highly recommend for families seeking a relaxing getaway!

Family Stay at ibis Styles Nagoya Batam My wife and I, along with our two daughters, had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Nagoya Batam. The location is very convenient – everything we needed was nearby, which made getting around easy, especially with kids. The hotel itself has a modern and cozy setting, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. It was a smooth and pleasant experience for the whole family. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Batam with kids!

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.
