First and foremost. The location is very convenient. The Environment was super clean and cosy. The staff are very professional / friendly / polite and helpful. The management gave me a birthday surprise after my breakfast and served with a birthday cake. (See photos) The staff sang birthday songs in the restaurant. It's awesome and gladly appreciated. Thanks to management and staff . Tumps up for the management and staffs . Will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel and of course will use Trip.com for their next traveling plan.

Good value for the buck. El hotel tiene una gran ubicación, una piscina limpia y bien mantenida, y los niños lo amaban. El desayuno buffet tenía una gran variedad, con opciones frescas para adultos y niños. La ubicación era conveniente, cerca de las atracciones locales, restaurantes y parques, lo que le permitió planificar viajes y excursiones diarios. En general, el Sahid Batam Center Hotel y Convention han hecho nuestro viaje familiar sin estrés y disfrutado. ¡Realmente apreciamos la hospitalidad y lo recomendaríamos definitivamente a otras familias! ¡Ya estamos esperando volver! Had a pleasant stay at this cozy apartment. Though there were a minor hiccup, overall the experience was enjoyable thanks to the warm and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short 1–2 night stay with friends if you just want to relax and nua. It also comes with a nice view — and if you’re lucky, you might even catch the sunrise to greet you. Highly recommend for a quick getaway! 🌅✨

Location is nice as it was near to international ferry terminal. people are nice and the room is also spacious. room has dryer. but they were unable to put shampoo and conditioner. There is always room for improvement, I hope they can check little details like that. We also forget my fiance’s mini electric razor.

The property is good enough. Pros: (1) great location (2) AC works well (3) good view (4) comfy pillows and blankets Cons: (1) some parts of property needs repair (2) self check-in no instructions given via app, message or email (3) only 1 access card

It's like an air BnB kind of accomodation . Contact method via WhatsApp but the staff is very prompt in replies and will try their best to fulfill your request as much as possible.
