We had great service from the front desk, Sri and stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with our 1 YO toddler. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfy even for our baby. The kids club was spacious enough for the little one to crawl and have fun. Just a word of caution to parents of crawlers, to perhaps let your LO wear dark coloured clothes, as the friction from crawling might rub off some colours from the soft floor mats. We love the pools as well. Breakfast spread was good, balanced between some western and local food. Location wise, it is quiet enough and away from the busy roads, but still very accessible via grab/taxis. Service was also great throughout our stay. We will be back!

Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all

Reservar para los demás, aunque cada vez que viven colegas diferentes, se ha oído hablar de las circunstancias, pero esta vez me ha dicho que la habitación está cerca de la selva y que hay muchos codos.

El hotel es asequible. Un viaje en taxi desde Batam Center pronto costará 50.000 rupias. El servicio al cliente es muy educado. El desayuno fue pedido por un rollo de desayuno de 30.000 rupias y me dijeron que comiera en la cafetería de al lado. Sepa si está delicioso. De hecho, también hay lugares para comer, no tienes que preocuparte por el desayuno. Las instalaciones básicas de la habitación y el ventilador no están encendidos. No es muy tranquilo. Se recomienda configurar una habitación con ventana. Solo puedo usar mi propio tráfico. Todo lo demás está bien

First and foremost. The location is very convenient. The Environment was super clean and cosy. The staff are very professional / friendly / polite and helpful. The management gave me a birthday surprise after my breakfast and served with a birthday cake. (See photos) The staff sang birthday songs in the restaurant. It's awesome and gladly appreciated. Thanks to management and staff . Tumps up for the management and staffs . Will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel and of course will use Trip.com for their next traveling plan.

Location is great, but cleanliness of the apartment could be better. There is a lot of dust and it was dirty underneath the double bed, which was slightly evaluated and could have been cleaned easily. My wife has to sweep the floor when we first check in. Pillows could be more firm. Sink chocked up when frequently used , but it was a small matter as we are out of the house a lot . Host is very responsive and delivered water and toilet paper everyday when we request for it. Wifi was stable . Apartment was simple but good for a short getaway for families with kids.
