"Given the price point and the travel time required to get here, we expected a seamless experience. Unfortunately, it fell short. Despite a standard 3:00 PM check-in time, we were made to wait an extra hour for our room. There is a clear lack of communication and coordination between the reception staff and other departments, resulting in a disorganized stay. While the rooms were clean, the interiors were quite dated. While this fits a certain rustic aesthetic, the lack of modern essentials was disappointing. There are no in-room phones to contact the front desk, and no hair dryers provided. The estate itself is visually stunning, and the activities offered were enjoyable. However, if your primary goal is relaxation, the operational issues make it hard to unwind. I left more stressed than relaxed, despite the beautiful photo opportunities."

"The room was clean and the staff were very kind. The only downside for me was the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, which made it difficult to work. However, Wi-Fi was available in the pool and dining areas. There were also plenty of outlets for charging devices. Since it wasn't peak season during our visit, it's understandable that the food choices were limited. But overall, our stay was great, and the kids even asked to extend for another day, which means the place had a good vibe. Thank you so much!"

"1. We held our company outing last week. Food is sobrang mahal. as in we ordered buffet dinner/lunch/breakfast but ayun ang binigay lang ay mas konti pa sa platted.imagine 650 ang per head pero tig iisang kutsara lang ang binigay at hindi na pwedeng umulit., staff not friendly, worse resort ever!!!!!"

"We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼"
