We held our 25th wedding anniversary renewal ceremony at Chewton Glen at the end of November 2024. We hosted 24 friends and family for the weekend, and could not fault the service we had from all of the wonderful staff. Georgia organised the whole thing and was totally amazing and made sure the weekend was as special as we wanted it. We stayed in a hideaway tree house, and our teenage children stayed next door in a loft suite treehouse. It gave us the perfect home from home accommodation to really relax and make the most of our stay. We chose Chewton Glen for our renewal after a stay in a treehouse for our 20th wedding anniversary. We knew it was the perfect place. I cannot recommend it enough, and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Our fifth time at Chewton Glen Hotel and have loved every single stay. The quality of service is exceptional, the level of care and consideration from booking to check out is incredible. The rooms beautiful and were treated to an upgrade when visiting for my 40th birthday…5 years on and we return to a warm welcome. Dining delicious - would highly recommend the tasting menu for special occasions or The Kitchen for more casual, family option. We are lucky enough to have stayed at some other notable hotels including Coworth Park, Cliveden House but this is by far our favourite.

Wow - what a place! A truly special hotel, with top-end hospitality and service at its heart. The hotel is approached via a sweeping drive through beautiful grounds, and the friendly and knowledgeable porters are on hand at the door to take your bags and park your car while you check in. The public areas are stunning - including gorgeous lounges, all beautifully furnished and opulently decorated, with a couple of log fires to add to the ambience. Our Junior Suite was huge, with a giant king size bed, sitting area, and a very luxurious bathroom. The shower was awesome! We ate dinner at the Kitchen - the less formal dining venue, at the bottom of the drive (the porters will drive you there, if you don’t fancy the short walk). A relaxed menu (from pizzas and gourmet burgers upwards), at fair prices. Breakfast was without doubt the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Wonderful cold buffet selection, including premium fruits and top quality orange juice), with hot breakfast items available to order or from the buffet. Excellent kipper! We spent plenty of time in the spa, with its huge hydrotherapy pool, outdoor hot tub and heated loungers. The staff throughout were excellent - professional, efficient and friendly. A fabulous stay!

We stayed in a treehouse suite at the end of October. We had to wait to check k in as our room wasn’t ready, but once in the suite- wow!! Absolutely stunning. So so comfortable and absolutely everything was thought of. We loved our hot tub and the morning delivery of fresh goods was such a treat. Dinner in the Dining Room was a little disappointing, but all other facilities including the spa area were gorgeous. Big thanks to the Treehouse Concierge team for looking after us so well.

Chewton Glen never disappoints, it is the most beautiful place to visit and the team there make every visit exceptional. There are so many lovely touches they do and the Spa, restaurant and rooms are the best!! Could not recommend enough, it truly is exceptional.

The Treehouse Suites, in particular, are a magical experience – perched among the treetops, you feel completely connected with nature, while surrounded by every modern comfort imaginable. The staff here are unbelievably friendly and attentive, almost as if they can read your mind and anticipate your every need. The service is impeccable across the board, from the spa treatments to the restaurants with their incredible food. And speaking of food – it’s simply outstanding! Every meal is a culinary adventure, with dishes that not only look spectacular but also delight the taste buds. Chewton Glen is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or simply for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and indulge in tranquillity and luxury. Myself and friend booked as special treat to ourselves for our special birthday. What can I say .. a beautiful stunning looking place & beautiful grounds. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We checked in and were upgraded to a junior suite which was so unexpected. We were shown around the hotel and taken to our room where we found champagne chilling on ice & chocolates and fruit with a card from the hotel.. what an absolute lovely thing to do. The room was beautiful with doors opening onto a private patio. The bed was spotless and the bathroom was so big with everything you needed. We had booked a cooking afternoon with James Martin at the restaurant called the kitchen. Which was a fabulous experience, and James was great. We were taken by curtesy of the hotel to the restaurant at the end of the drive and also returned back afterwards. The staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining room was lovely & spotless. We had a walk around the hotel afterwards to see what else there is to offer, a spar pools , nail bar to name a few things we came across.. We had a wonderful time & I can’t fault anything, it was so nice..

Celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. What a wonderful experience and enjoyed by all. Warm welcome and birthday wishes from all staff. Atmosphere relaxed and not rushed at all. Our waiter Joel was what helped our experience be so perfect as all your staff. We had some dietary requirements which the chefs happily sorted alternatives. Sandwiches with BUTTER and selection of different breads/fillings yum yum, the sweet/scone selection was delicious and very moorish. Endless pots of tea. Thank you to everyone definitely our kind of wonderland
