Heritage House Inn on Cape Cod

"I stayed here with my wife for 3 days the last week of June, it was fine, the rooms are clean, this hotel is connected to the Comfort Inn so if you need to find it, go to the Comfort Inn and the Heritage Inn is behind it. You don't get all the amenities of the Comfort Inn, such as breakfast in the morning or use of the pool, although the pool is hyper chlorinated so impossible to swim in anyway. I would call them and try to get a deal if you need to visit Hyannis."

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

"La habitación era confortable y nos encantaba sentarse en la porche delantera, observando el océano y los barcos que pasan. La cabeza de la ducha no tenía mucha presión y era más como la ducha en un camping. Hay un pequeño lugar para obtener comida justo a la puerta y un lugar de hielo. Ambos son muy buenos. La mujer que trabajaba en el escritorio delantero fue tan amable y amable y nos hizo mejor. Otra cosa es que deseamos que trabajaran pantallas en las ventanas. Gracias! ¡Será definitivamente de nuevo!"
