We are located in the heart of the business center of the city; Within walking distance from us are all the leading Universities (BYU, ASMU, AltGU, AltSTU, VZFEI), the Diagnostic Center of the Altai Territory, the Elans sports center, the Ob sports complex, Titov Arena, theater Dramas, musical Comedy Theater, police department, FSB, Anthurium, Pygmalion, as well as grocery stores (one of them is open around the clock).The train station and Bus Station are a five-minute drive away. St. Nicholas Church is visible from the windows of our hotel. An excellent transport interchange will allow you to go anywhere in the city, if you want to. Each apartment is designed taking into account the comfortable stay of our guests. Among the amenities there are equipped kitchen areas, household appliances.

По соотношению цена, качество лучшее место. Каждый раз как еду в командировку в Барнаул, останавливаюсь только здесь. Чисты и уютные номера, с современным ремонтом. Приветливый персонал, ответит на любые возникающие вопросы. Удобный способ бронирования и быстрое заселение. Все понравилось в очередной раз, рекомендую к посещению.

Приезжал в командировку по рабоде, коллеги советовали это апарт-отель. Расположение в самом центре города, всё рядом. В самом здании на первом этаже расположено кафе, в котором можно позавтракать и просто перекусить. Номер очень комфортный с продуманным интерьером. Приветливый персонал. Отдых понравился.

Отличный апарт-отел все понравилось, отзывчивый персонал. Полностью оборудованные номера все есть, мини -кухня, удобная кровать, посуда. Чисты, светлый, уютный номер. Были первый раз проездом остались очень довольны. Однозначно рекомендую к проживанию

Отличное место, продуманный дизайн ничего лишнего. В номере есть полноценная кухня (плита, чайник, микроволновка, посуда), хорошая кровать с удобным матрасам, спалось как дома. Приветливый персонал, ответил на все интересующие меня вопросы. Если ищите где остановиться в Барнауле, то однозначно здесь, рекомендую к посещению
