I had an exceptional experience at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. Aleasha, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure guests are comfortable truly sets this hotel apart. The night staff, Amari and Aaliyah, were also fantastic. Both of them greeted me with warmth and professionalism, and they were quick to respond to any requests I had during the evening. Their friendly and helpful nature made my stay even more enjoyable, and it's clear they genuinely care about the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. A big thank you to Aleasha, Amari, and Aaliyah for making this stay so memorable!

Arrived early and was able to pay an extra £15 to check in early. Manager on reception was really helpful in directing us to the local town centre I can’t remember her name ( short black hair). Room was clean and breakfast buffet was nice and filling. The breakfast girl Aliyah was so friendly and polite. We decided to have dinner on our second night and that was also nice. No complaints at all we had a great stay

Poor standard of food, poor customer service, unclean throughout! Was not asked about our stay during or upon checking out Towels were left in the bath during my stay when requesting new ones Both the evening meal and breakfasts were disgusting!

Ah, what a memorable stay we had at this fine establishment! If you’re looking for a hotel that offers an immersive survival experience, this is the place to be. The rooms were impressively spacious, not just for us, but also for the dust, uncollected trash, and untouched linens that made themselves right at home. Housekeeping was an exclusive service, apparently reserved for VIPs, because despite our repeated requests, we were graced with their presence only once in nine days. And when they did show up, their cleaning skills were so subtle that it almost felt like a game of "spot the difference", with the difference being absolutely nothing. The hotel also offers a fantastic cardio program, thanks to the lack of an intercom in the rooms. Every request required a lovely long walk to the front desk, only to be greeted by...no one. Pressing the call button repeatedly was an exciting exercise in patience, though it seems the staff had mastered the art of invisibility. When they did appear, their 'charm' and 'warmth' made us feel so unwelcome, we almost wondered if it was a special service to encourage early checkouts. But, amidst all this perfection, there was one shining light, the only soul in the entire hotel who actually understood hospitality. An elderly waitress at breakfast, with a warm smile that could melt the iciest of hearts, not only acknowledged our existence but even brought us freshly cooked breakfast to the table. A rare, almost mythical sight in this hotel! So if you're looking for an unforgettable stay, one that challenges your patience, your hygiene standards, and your ability to locate hotel staff—tAh, what a memorable stay we had at this fine establishment! Overall experience was really good The staff were extremely polite and helpful food was good a little slow on delivery but this happens. Room was good clean and comfortable. Easy area with a car park that caters for vans. The lady on reception was extremely polite helpful and welcoming. You need more people like her in your company
