Nice hotel value for money. The room service need improvement. No cleaning during our 4 night stay after several requests. The room leaking in toilet and cannot change room during stay because fully booked but no repair done after repeated complaints

Todo estivo de acuerdo a lo que habiamos acordado. Muy buen internet y muy buena la habitación. La cama muy cómoda. El aire funcionaba muy bien. El personal fue muy amable. Y había mucho café para tomar.

We walked in for breakfast and was greeted by a lovely lady called Vicky who was really friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The breakfast was well worth the £11.99 and included cereal fruit and pastries followed by a full English. Will definitely be coming back tomorrow!

Staff lovely. Location is not pretty and is loud due to the A12. Vicky in restaurant was lovely and helpful as was Liam in reception Rooms are clean and tidy. Certain rooms are by the generator which is really loud in the rooms. Food is excellent

It was all going well till the fire alarm went off at 3.50am. Having to rush out in the cold we sat on the car when we got the all clear, we couldn't sleep after this and had a long 135 mile drive home after leaving, customer service shrugged it off and failed to refund us for the incident and did not get a call and email back as promised. From all the hotel we've stayed in over the years this was a major disaster.

Stayed here last week for my best friends birthday. We had a few drinks at the bar before heading out. Drinks were reasonable price and cocktails were fantastic. We didn’t have time to have dinner the first night but on the last night we went for the meal deal as it was value for money. Both dinner and breakfast was good. All staff we came across were friendly and talkative and made us feel at home.

17th Feb 3:20am fire alarm went off. I had a 8 and 3 year old with me and there was no assistance or guide to help tell where to go, what to do. I didn’t see a single staff member. People started to gather at the reception a huge fire hazard and no one was telling to go outside and wait until fire brigade can do checks and give all clear to return. I took my kids and stood outside and no staff came out and said it’s safe to go back in. There was no clear guide lines I didn’t feel safe and I will not return. Premier inn clearly doesn’t care about the safety of their customers. Premier inn has no staff training in such matters.

Stayed here on Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend I had already bought flowers etc to make the night special but had a nice surprise when we entered the room to find it already decorated. Staff really went out for the occasion. We was going to eat out but when we had a drink at the bar we notice the tables in the restaurant were nicely set with candles and a rose so we decided to eat it in at the hotel instead. The food was good and the staff were very attentive considering how busy they were in the reception they still found time to check on us. We have stayed at this premier inn before and will definitely be returning!

Perfect location with amazing rooms friendly staff who help with everything you need. Will be returning again amazing hotel location people and drinks are reasonably priced, had a lovely evening meal and had 2 servings of breakfast. Good service by the staff and food was good quality for the price.
