I recently had the pleasure of staying at the diplomat residency hotel, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's modern facilities and luxurious rooms were impressive, with attention to detail that showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a flat-screen tv and minibar, were top-notch. But what truly set diplomat residency apart was the service. Overall service is average given by hotel and even we have to tell them the basic requirements. Which they fulfilled later on

Hotel was nice. Everyone must visit there but i would like to say something about cleaning and maintenance to hotel management. There was lot of cockroaches in my room near bed table and terrace was not clean also. I will visit again but please consider this.

Bad service, stinky rooms,. Cockroaches in bathroom, not at all recommended for those whi prioritize hygeine.

Location is ok. After repeatedly telling them that tv is not working. After1 hour the hotel staff had take action. Room intercom. Phone is not working. Wash room is not clean.

As a corporate client starting from check-in room room was well prepared good smell was their,food was awesome multiple food items were there affordable prices beautiful infrastructure and most important hotel is situated in main town I will definitely come next time bcz at this affordable prices the service is perfect

I recently visited this hotel with my family in bareilly rooms were perfectly prepared,tasty food, helpful staff and beautiful infrastructure as my 15 rooms was their for checkin staff handled all our tantrums as each and every staff help us as our family member as I will recommend to each and every friend of mine and to my company guest also
