- Room quality - 3/5 (Smaller rooms) - Dinning hall - 3/5 ( gave the feeling I was choked coz it was pretty closed, with no sunlight or fresh air) - Front desk response 5/5 - General Hospitality 3/5 - Food 4/5 - Cleanliness - 4/5 Reception staff and Iqbal from dining were hospitable, rest of the folks were just hanging around for tips Complaints - Being a 4 star hotel and providing service, the tip is something which the guests need to provide based on quality of service and guests shouldnt be begged for a tip. - The guy who kept asking for a tip was NOT IQBAL or the Dining manager it was another dude. Let people have their food. Iqbal and the Dining manager were pretty hospitable but not the other servers. - The heater wasnt working in the room at all. a temporary heater was provided. To Consider for future by hotel management - Early dinner to start at 7 PM instead of 8 PM - Hot water and cold water adjustment in the bathroom is a pain in the neck for guests.
