This hotel is very bad. There is no cleanliness, no smelly rooms, the bed is smelly, the bathroom is dirty, very bad.
Money has no value.

This was a horrible experience, Dirtiest rooms and service they will abuse you and give you horrible experience. Please do not book with them. They will show you good rooms but you will end up having a small dirty room with small bed and a simple sheet

Worst stay ever experienced through mmt. Hotel rooms were smelly and too small there was no electricity on hotel whole night they didn't even have inverters.

No proper facility available...neither in washrooms nor in the rooms. We were 12 friends here, and there was no water upto 3 A.M in the morning.... None of us went to the toilet because of no water... Moreover in the morning there was only hot water available which was burning hot and some of my friends burnt their skin... Also No jug or bucket in the washrooms... It was the worst experience since from last 5 years because we have been visiting with our friendcircle continously here to gulmarg... I would advise everyone to check everything of use in here before checking in.... If there was a negative rating i would love to rate it below that....

Pathetic services. Worst washroom and housekeeping facilities. Not worth more than 1500 per night. Try to find other hotels if you are visiting gulmarg. The way we were anticipated about the facilities was totally different,even water facility was not available in the respective rooms for whole night.

If you looking for budget property in Gulmarg this is Centrally located hotel and has decent rooms and welcoming hospitality. Special thanks to Mr Sohail for all your efforts to give us a stay up to the mark. Obliged with the services provided by him and would surely recommend you’ll to visit. Delicious food was provided and no complains for anything. Mr Sohail is there to help you’ll in all terms.
