Pinehaven Bed & Breakfast

Very nice and relaxing stay at the Pinehaven in Baraboo. The owners Dave and Lisa keep up the property in tip top shape . The signature Belgium Draft horses they have to greet you are truly beautiful . We stayed at the cottage which is very roomy and comfortable . Immaculately clean cottage !- 2 person Bains Ultrabath thermomassage whirlpool is great plus , Wellspring water is very refreshing . The location is great sooo quiet !! Your 15-20 min away from the Dells area so plenty of choices for restaurants and activities .

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host, Lisa, was very friendly, sociable and hospitable and she made sure that I was well-settled in when I checked in. She explained what to see and where to eat in the area, introduced me to other guests when we ran into them. I had some enjoyable and friendly conversations with her. Unfortunately, I could not stay longer because I was just passing by. The room was very clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. It was also quite spacious. The room is also well-equipped with fridge and also USB charger. I loved this place. The entire experience was relaxing. This property is a great place for a real getaway. It is just off the highway in the countryside. I would recommend the host to put a sign to indicate where to check in as an improvement. I did have to look around when I arrived at the property and wondered where check-in is as there are a few doors. I highly recommend staying here even for those who go to Wisconsin Dells but do not need to stay in a water park resort. It is not too far from there. The price is also much better than staying at the Dells.
