地理位置應該是最大的亮點，確實去各景點都方便，周圍吃飯的地方也多。 酒店旁邊是學校，晚上很安靜，但是房間不隔音，説話聲呼嚕聲都一清二楚！ 房間的出風口歪了，我好怕它會半夜掉下來，透過風口看到裏面厚厚的灰，不知道是不是從沒清潔過。 第一天下午四點回房間還沒打掃清潔，客房阿姨説續房的都是下午才打掃，那我就很好奇了，退房的你們什麼時候打掃？難道你們都要求客人一大早退房？然後第二天一早8點多，我還沒起來，前台就打電話問我要不要打掃房間，我是真的服氣！

性價比超高的一家酒店，位置很好交通便利，距離直隸總督署和西大街都很近。房間乾淨，設施滿足基本使用要求。最滿意的這裏的服務，從6月27日到6月29日每個班次的前台姑娘都真情熱情，解決問題周到專業。當值負責人處理問題果斷乾脆，把我買重的早餐券直接推掉，不推諉有擔當。我帶長者孩子出行，這裏的每位工作人員都在自己的崗位上盡心盡責，車場的保安師傅，餐廳和客房阿姨，都給與了我們幫助。這是酒店整體的風氣，非常難得。酒店是一個城市的窗口，我相信保定人民都是真情熱情的，保定是個充滿人間煙火氣的城市，一定還會再來。

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Me alojé aquí unos días y tuve una experiencia bastante buena. La habitación era acogedora y luminosa, lo cual fue muy agradable. La cama tenía un equilibrio perfecto entre firmeza y suavidad, lo que facilitaba un sueño confortable. El personal fue amable y atento a todas mis peticiones. Sin embargo, no hay muchas opciones para comer cerca del hotel, así que sería útil tener más. En resumen, lo recomiendo encarecidamente y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio.

最大的感受是很方便。客棧到大慈閣，古蓮花池，直隸總督署，西大街這些地方都很近，騎車也就幾分鐘，溜達着也不過十來分鐘的樣子，還能感受一下老城環境。地處中心區，吃飯買水什麼的都非常便利。客棧房間比較緊湊，但基本設施也挺齊全的，佈局上是很休閑的設計，整體也比較乾淨。用品上洗髮水不太好用，其他都ok。因為與相鄰建築比較近，所以窗簾得一直拉着。客棧有個很大的公共空間，有桌球桌吉它之類的，不過沒來得及體驗。入住與退房都是網上進行的，有別於傳統的在前台辦理的方式，也挺快捷。
