Room tariff too high as per room standard is so poor room quality and food quality is average location is ok

Sorry to say but this hotel is not upto the mark as per it's pricing hospitality is not good bed room quality is not good
i think it's tariff should not more than 1000 per night really very bad experience

This hotel has two wings, old & new. The rooms and bathrooms in the old wing are pretty ordinary, and stripped of any modern amenities. The executive rooms in the new wings are much better, and worth paying the premium rate, if you wish to stay in this hotel. We had been allotted a room in the old wing, but after checking in, we upgraded to a room in the new wing by paying the difference in tariff. The breakfast spread was pretty basic with limited items.

The floor of the bathroom was so underrated. An executive level room can not have that flooring of its attached bathroom. Service from them is also very worse. Tv was not working. Kettle was not clean. I always asked for bathroom kit from them. Overall i was not satisfied. I expected a room with balcony & bathtub but i was so frustrated when got my room for stay.
