Hotel Slavija Banja Luka

At Hotel Slavija I felt welcome from the very moment I checked in. The staff, from front desk to breakfast, were super welcoming and ready to assist me. I felt very safe because the people at the front desk seemed to know every guest and watched closely whenever anyone entered - always with a smile and a friendly word. Every corner of the hotel I saw was super clean. My room (with twin beds) was spacious and seemed bigger than the average hotel room. The windows could be fully opened and let in a lot of light if desired, but could be darkened with curtains. They were not entirely sound proof, but the only noise came from the air-conditioning in the backyard. I never heard any noise from other rooms. The floor was carpet/rug free which is great for hygienic reasons and also for people with allergies. My bed was comfortable, however I would have preferred a smaller (or a second) pillow. The bathroom had a modern look too with enough space for all my make-up and toiletries, the shower provided water at a steady temperature. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was never too crowded. All in all, one of my favorite hotel experiences ever!
