We have visited Lancaster Bangkok three times and have found it to be a perfect hotel when visiting the city. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent, and the reception staff provides wonderful service. However, I can only give them 4 stars due to disappointing experiences with the bellboy staff at the front door.
Firstly, my brother had to drop off my luggage at the hotel while I wasn't there. He reported that the bellboy was rude and spoke to him unkindly. Secondly, after checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to collect it around 7-8 pm, the bellboy was again somewhat rude. Despite thanking him politely in both Thai and English, he did not respond and instead gave us an unpleasant attitude.
This occurred on May 10, 2024. I wanted to pass this message along to the management and hope that during our next visit, we will receive the five-star service that we have come to expect.
