Stayed on 27/6 - 1/7 with family
- BTS (Phloen Chit exit 1) connecting to the 3/F of the hotel is very convenient. Arrival around 7pm ish, sitting at the reception area was limited while waiting for check-in. Luggage delivered to the room was efficient
- the social media concierge was responsive and helpful
- the semi outdoor swimming pool (9/F) was in modest size (25m) and not the sunshine type, expected to be very crowded in Summer, sunbeds (total 6 pcs). 3 different freshly made cocktail fruit juice in shoot, in four days (nice), staff was attentive, normal in five star hotel. Sunscreen and facial spray were available at the sunbed area, the jacuzzi was nice
- house-keeping has room to improve, toothpaste stink on the wall inside the bathroom behind the basin wasn't something nice to see in every morning, although alert was sent through the concierge. Can't understand why the in-room slippers were placed inside the bathroom rather than at the entrance of the room
- breakfast (7/F) doesn't accept reservation, it was a chaos experience on 30/6 around 10am, guests were queuing, sat down at 10.30am (restaurant close at 10.30am) which made the servers and guests very stressful. The dining experience at a branded hotel was even more stressful than on the street stall, the environment itself can't do the fix, it is the atmosphere. Food was average, disappointed on the crab omelet, fruit was fresh. F&B management SHOULD have this system improved!
- going to the airport around 10am (Tue) was around 45min
