I booked an Athenee Suite again and was very happy with the room and the Athenee Club. The only disappointment was that on check in at about 6.30pm there were a lot of guests in the queue for reception and I asked one of the staff whether I could go to the lounge for check in but was told that I had to check in at reception and he would escort me to the lounge after. It took about 20-25 minutes for me to access check in but the staff brought out a drink for everyone whilst waiting and a cold towel for me which was much appreciated. By the time I deposited my bags in the room and went to the lounge for evening cocktails there was less than 30 minutes for me to enjoy the night. As the hotel advertises private check in at the lounge and you cannot access the lounge floor without a room card for the elevator, this is false advertising. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable but unfortunately they no longer supply the small UHT milk capsules but coffeemate packets which are not as effective. Despite this I will have no hesitation staying at the Athenee hotel again.

Nuestra estancia de seis noches en Somerset Rama9 ha sido perfectamente agradable. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien equipadas. Elegimos especialmente quedarnos en la habitación con lavadora, lo que nos brindó mucha comodidad, especialmente debido al clima cálido en Bangkok. El hotel tiene un gran centro comercial cerca. Podemos caminar hasta allí en 5 minutos y el mercado nocturno de Jodd Fair en 10 minutos. El personal del hotel es muy servicial y educado. Ya habíamos planeado quedarnos allí nuevamente en nuestra próxima visita a Bangkok.

ทุกๆอย่างดีหมด ตึกเก่า แต่สะอาด มาก ภายในห้องพัก บริการดีมากๆ อาหารอร่อย หน้า front ดูงงๆ ทุกครั้ง ที่ลงไป แต่น่ารัก และสุภาพ ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้ 9.5 จากเต็มสิบ แนะนำค่ะ

El hotel está a 10 minutos de BTS, salida 1 de BTS E8 Phra Khanong. Hay una tienda de conveniencia 7-11 cerca del hotel, ¡lo cual es bastante conveniente! La habitación del hotel es espaciosa y puede abrir dos maletas. El hotel no proporciona cepillos de dientes, pasta de dientes ni pantuflas, por lo que debes traer las tuyas. El agua del cabezal de la ducha es débil y el agua caliente está un poco caliente, ¡pero está bien! Hay bares/tiendas de masajes cerca del hotel y todo lo que necesitas. Sin embargo, está lejos del centro de la ciudad y la tarifa de llamada de autobús/BTS es un poco cara.

El hotel está a poca distancia (5-8 minutos) de la estación Nana. ¡Muchos bares a lo largo de ese tramo, 7-11 y Burger King también están dentro de esa área! Ubicación relativamente conveniente para los turistas. ¡También hay muchos salones de masajes allí! la limpieza de la habitación era buena. cama tamaño king muy cómoda. gracias por ordenar la habitación todos los días :) personal amable y agradable. vestíbulo de aspecto muy singular. Reservamos la habitación triple familiar (1 cama king size, 1 litera, para niños pequeños). La habitación cuenta con 2 televisores y 2 pufs, ¡muy agradable para relajarse! En general, ¡disfruté mucho de la estancia! :)

Nos alojamos aquí con mi perro en una habitación que admite mascotas. El hotel estaba muy limpio y, en general, disfruté de mi estadía. Me gustó que nos dieran helado para perros gratis. Solo se podrían mejorar algunos aspectos en términos del nivel de servicio y la falta de lavado de manos. ¿Me quedaría allí nuevamente...? Tal vez.
