JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa

We have visited them 4 times in last two years for a night stay every time and the experience has been great. The staff is extremely courteous, warm and welcoming. They make you feel like the most important person in the room. Also, love the way the staff adds a personal touch by providing a cake for celebration, decorating the room, accommodating to all the requests and so on. We last visited with our 6m old baby and had the best time. The property is scenic with excellent amenities, no second thoughts about that. The breakfast buffet is widespread and delish (especially anything with chocolate)! We have been to all the restaurants in the property and they are top notch! Would highly recommend staying in the property.

I stayed in Golfshire for 3 times. I’m satisfied with every journey. I’m impressed by Ebenezer’s enthusiastic service and high efficiency during my check-in and check-out. I like the room, food, spa, gym and also barber here. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Try to come back again in June.

It was a much-needed staycation for me and my partner, and the resort just exceeded our expectations! Every single staff member at the property had a warm smile on their face and a welcoming demeanor that made me feel right at home. Asen, Wati and Ritika from Guest Relations greeted us with the loveliest smiles. Hari and Sonu from the Concierge were simply great. Abhinaya, the person who checked us in, was highly interactive and smart. Sajjad at the Front Desk provided excellent hospitality, and cannot thank him enough for giving us a room with a fantastic view and Nexa for having the room decorated beautifully. East, a Japanese restaurant, is a must-stop. The food was amazing, and one of the staff, Vizo, went an extra mile to make our time special at the restaurant. Last but not least, I'd want to thank Ms. Debolina and her great team for providing impeccable care and making our stay magical.

We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Golfshire! The room decorations were lovely, and special thanks to Araman for arranging them. We're also grateful to Animesh and Amit for making our stay special. Saheli, our point of contact, was very professional and ensured a smooth experience. The activities, such as painting and the game zone, were great additions. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we appreciate the team's efforts in making it memorable.

I had visited Mariott, golfshire on Friday night with my friends after attending the launch of the ferrari event with my supercar friends, unfortunately when we went to the restraunt it was closed and we were going to leave from there.. But to our surprise a senior staff named 'Bablu' decided to come to us and intimidate us to leave the hotel as if we came there like it was cubbon park to just chill. While exiting Mr Bablu was there at every stage of us exiting to make sure we left the property as if he owned the hotel and we aren't Mariott gold members.. Didn't expect service like this from a 5 star property like Mariott golfshire and now we've come to the conclusion that it ain't a place to go to if you don't have a room.. Cause Mr Bablu kept asking why are you here if you don't have a room, The Adaucity! Pathetic hospitality if your going to go for dinner or lunch there.. Would highly recommend avoiding this Mariott as they don't know how to treat human beings.. So if your one, avoid this Mariott.

The resort is serene, rooms are superb, everything seems to be nice and exuding an unforgettable experience. I checked in on 14th March, 2025 and checked out on 15th March, 2025. But this feeling just turns into a bad taste as soon as you check in. First, it took me hours to get room TV working, the TV was just loading page and nothing happened, I called the customer service, the phone was constantly busy, I got connect after a couple of hours, they would throw excuses that the guest may not have used the room phone correctly, wow, why then a connection established after such a long time, after dialling every now and then? Finally an operator picks up the phone, speaks weird English and says she doesn’t understand Hindi, I just banged my head against the wall, so wretched of me. Room slippers are UK-5 or UK-6 shoe size, I wondered, what their planning and sourcing team may have upto. I wanted to go to convention centre for lunch, as our events were arranged there, someone in the lobby told me that it was 100 metres walk, but it seemed a long trek to me, as I had a sore knee, all the travelators and escalators were powered down, and I just thought about calling for help. My ordeal, or someone can say, my bad luck,. Won’t just end there. After the event, we headed for dinner, I wanted a bowl of vegetable soup they were offering, the server was serving the soup from the same container, while adding prawns, fish, chicken or other meats for non-vegetarians, I am a vegetarian, and saw that he was wearing gloved in one hand for add ons, and meat debris were just falling in the container below, the meaning and purpose of a vegetarian offering was completely lost, it turned me off, I left the soup counter without soup, and I couldn’t even have my food after that, just ate half a bread and left. A beautiful property can’t make up for this pathetic service.
