The Zuri Whitefield Bengaluru

We stayed in the hotel for three nights and had a great stay. The breakfast selection is very good and the pool area is also nice and relaxing. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay and helped us with tv issues as well as moving our luggage.

The entire team at The Zuri are fantastic. As a female traveller it can be daunting in hotels alone but every single member of the team took fantastic care of me and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be back. Akashi and Vijay from the restaurant are absolute stars and they are highly recommended

I recently have a very pleasant stay at Zuri Whitefield hotel. The hotel is clean, room is comfortable. Staffs especially AKKASH are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Their services are incredibly reliable. I enjoy the food too., the restaurant has many selection of food.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my business trip to Bangalore for the entire month of September, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Housekeeping, Restaurant, Travel Desk, Bell Desk, and Drivers teams for their exceptional service. First, I would like to commend the Housekeeping team, especially Manisha, Gobin, and Rajesh. They ensured that my room was always clean, tidy, and well stocked with water bottles. What truly impressed me were the thoughtful touches, such as flowers placed in my room and creative towel arrangements, which I happily photographed. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable, and I was consistently satisfied with their excellent service. Equally memorable was my dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service at both the buffet and in the restaurant was outstanding. The staff, including Rohul, Vijay, Anchal, Swawaj, and Priti, were always friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. I would also like to mention the lady at the restaurant entrance, who kindly asks for the room number. She was extremely friendly and even remembered where I liked to sit. She also knew what I liked to drink, which was a thoughtful touch. On my last day, before I left, they even surprised me with a cake – and it was exactly the one I loved! This thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, and I was truly touched. I also took a photo of the cake to remember this special moment. A sincere thank you to Manisha, Gobin, Rajesh, Rohul, Vijay, Anchal, Swawaj, Priti, and the entire teams for their excellent service and warmth throughout my stay! The drivers at the hotel, as well as the bell desk and travel desk, were extremely helpful and competent. They were always punctual, and I appreciated being able to communicate with them easily via WhatsApp. The hotel also provided me with the license plate number of the driver who would be taking me to the office or picking me up, which made the process even more convenient and secure. The travel desk staff, in particular, was always available to assist with organizing transportation. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay much smoother and more comfortable. Unfortunately, I wasn't always fully satisfied with the reception team. I noticed that for simple requests, sometimes three different people were involved, which made the process a bit confusing. In my opinion, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency, especially since the reception team is the first point of contact for guests. A more streamlined and quicker response would enhance the overall experience. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the teams mentioned above. While there is room for improvement in certain areas, the exceptional service from the Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Travel teams truly made my visit memorable. I look for
