Worst hotel ever....This hotel is run by some illiterate persons. We booked banquet hotel for engagement ceremony on 23rd April 2023 ....there was no electricity. When we enquired the manager said 5 mins and the electricity will come it went on for 4 hours and stille there was no electricity. The manager ran away and there was no person on the reception. There was no power backup. There was no person in the hotel. All the persons who were living there in the hotel were restless one senior citizen lady was crying ...she was new to city.Soon Police came and they were searching for the hotel persons and owner but they didn't turn up . My whole function was spoilt. We spent lakhs on the decorations,makeup and videography. All my money was wasted . All the guests were cursing us for bad management. We somehow finished the function with mobile flashlights. I recommend you should sleep on footpath but never ever ever book this hotel. The hotel manager , whose name is Vikash ( 8217508507) who promised that he will be there at the function ran away and didn't pick our call in the whole function. Engagements and Wedding are meant to happen only once in a lifetime and because of this fraud hotel it was completely ruined . I am attaching few photos of the function which happened in darkness. They have not returned the
