Room size is ok for family for 3. Booked this room last minute during holiday peak period so was lucky to be able to get a room. Bed is comfy enough and aircon is cold enough. Hot water in shower works. Room is generally clean.
For improvement, take care of the constant bad smell in toilet and install a shower curtain

However, there are a few aspects to be aware of. The location is tucked deep within a small lane, making it somewhat difficult to find, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. It’s not ideal for those who want easy access to the main streets or nearby attractions.
The rooms are acceptable for the price, but the interior design could be improved. The walls are painted in dark tones, which, combined with limited lighting, make the space feel dim and less inviting. While the beds are comfortable, brighter lighting or a lighter wall color would make the rooms feel more cheerful and welcoming.
Overall, Nine Blue Residence Pattaya is a reasonable option for budget-conscious travelers who don’t mind a bit of inconvenience in terms of location and room ambiance. If you’re just looking for a place to rest without spending too much, it’s worth considering.

Начну отзыв с того, что это был один из самых дешевых вариантов на эти даты. Заезжать мне нужно было срочно, так как мне отменили рейс и пришлось задержаться в Паттайе еще на неделю. Отель в целом достаточно старый, представляет из себя несколько корпусов с общей парковкой для всех, пространства достаточно много.
Изначально меня поселили в номер прямо напротив лифта и я всю ночь слышал звук "дзынь". Такой звук издает местный лифт, когда приезжает на любой из этажей, аля микроволновка. Из за этого я не мог уснуть плюс номер был достатосно ушатан.
На след утро я попросил дать мне номер подальше от лифта, меня переселили без проблем.
Плюсы:
-Просторный балкон с сушилкой и видом на тайские дома. Можно посидеть, попить пивка в тихой обстановке. Просторная душевая. Тихий кондиционер. Полноценная двухспальная кровать, а не как это часто бывает две односпальные составленые вместе. Холодильник хорошо морозит.
-Все мои просьбы выполнили без проблем. Попросил переселить - переселили, попросил уборку - убрались. Каждый день на дверь вешали пакетик с бутылками воды и кофе.
-Рядом 7-11 и big c mini.
Минусы:
-Номера, которые мне были предоставлены не соответствуют фото с трип ком. На трип ком сфотографирован какой то один классный номер, по факту вас будут заселять в номера намного проще. Это недобросовестно со стороны отеля.
-Персонал работает очень медленно. Коридоры завалены мусором, который не убирают до самого вечера.
-Телевизор в номере просто для галочки, на моем была этикетка, которую не отклеили. Даже не проверял работает ли он.
-Сам номер очень темный, якобы такой дизайнерский ход. Часть металлического декора ржавеет, странное ведро вместо нормального стула. Матрасы жестковаты.
-Бассейн маленький и холодный. Так на разок искупаться будет достаточно. Закрывается очень рано, в 19:00.
-В номере были муравьи.
