I have not stayed here yet, but I have successfully booked and received all the booking emails. Importantly, the hotel contacted to confirm since the first day of booking, along with a screenshot of the voucher from agoda. After that, the hotel contacted via email, agoda message, and WhatsApp to confirm the booking and various check-in details, including one day before the check-in. The hotel also sent check-in details, breakfast, check-in, and check-in throughout the morning. In the afternoon, the room was canceled, and the details still said that I canceled it myself. The hotel tried to replace it and reduce the room price and use the communal pool. If you want that, why would you book a pool villa? In this Bali trip, I intended and chose this place because the style is unique. But the booking system is of poor quality and discriminates against customers.
