I had a very comfortable stay here. The room is huge.
Actually it's more like a villa on its own. I was lucky to be staying near the restaurant. The resort is surrounded by nature, and its further away from Ubud.
Being in the nature, naturally you will have ants, lizards and some insects around. So do remb to shut the doors when you are in the room and thankfully there is a curtain surrounding the bed. They have the electronic insect repellent for you too.
Room keeping was prompt on a daily basis.
The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. They even made the effort to address you by your first name.
Before checking in, there will be a little blessing ritual for you.
Drinking water is readily available in your room. You can ask for top-up with no additional charges.
You will be greeted with a plate of local fruits upon arrival in your room.
The room has many PowerPoint for you to charge your devices and personally I had no use for the adaptor I brought as the switch itself is quite friendly with built-in adaptor.
The welcome drink is really tasty. They term it Jamu.
Breakfast was sumptous even with good vegetarian options.
You will enjoy complimentary:
- Yoga session in the evening
- Shuttle bus to Ubud twice a day
- Tea break
- Evening cookies placed in your room
Personally I think you can skip the spa.
There is a cute cable car bringing you up and down as there are really many steps.
You can hear the roosters every now and then. Which adds to the experience.
If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is the resort for you. Highly recommend!

首先吧，因為我們很早就訂了這酒店，所以入住時已經忘了自己是訂叢林觀景別墅，而且回到房間已經很晚，所以不知道酒店給錯了房型給了叢林皇家套房我們，事後酒店還理論說皇家套房價格更貴，但事實是我們訂的叢林別墅更貴，先不論價錢，我們要的是叢林別墅的景觀，為此我跟女友都失望了一天，當時還是我生日，而且當晚房間廁所燈是壞的，因為太晚了 ，我們不想麻煩酒店，女朋友洗澡時因為太黑，不能準確摸到洗髮水瓶子而打爛了瓶，我當時睡著了不知道原因是燈是壞的，退房時被charge了40萬印尼盾而沒理論，所以事後想想事情真的很無辜且無奈，事後Trip.com客服有退了200元港幣

Amazing staff, beautiful setting, impressive food. Much, much, quieter than staying in Ubud itself, but closer enough to visit all the same sites. This place is a gem, delivering a level of service significantly higher than anywhere else we stayed in Bali at the same price point

To begin our check in process we were greeted with friendly smiles, delicious tea and a fragrant cooling towel. Walking down to our villa was an experience in itself, surrounded by lush green plants, beautifully scented flowers and friendly staff greeting us. Nandini Jungle Resort was unbelievably stunning, romantic and something out of a story book. Our stay was too short but we most certainly plan to come back for the high quality service, friendly staff and breathtaking views .

This is an amazing hotel with a wonderful location between a traditional village and a great river canyon. The personnel is so welcoming and wonderful that they made us feel at home already at the reception desk. We are especially grateful to Mulia and Agos who made us feeling so welcome! The romantic balcony candle light dinner was a highlight of our trip and the stuff made it possible in almost no time. The spa treatment by the river is unique. Breakfast and dinner are high level.
There is almost nothing to be improved … if I have to find something it’s just that the washbasin is sometimes dripping water to the ground and the safe box should be fixed to the furniture or wall (otherwise it makes no sense at all).
But in total it’s was a most wonderful experience to stay there!

A beautiful retreat in the middle of the jungle and close to a local village. Not for those looking for the hustle and bustle of Ubud town which is 25-50 minutes away depending on traffic. However very close to activities such as ATV tours, rafting and visits to the mountains. Will stay here again.

We booked jungle view villa and we appreciated the upgrade into suite to celebrate our honeymoon. we very much enjoyed our stay. Outdoor shower was awesome, nice bathtub with sweet decoration, and the bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast was catered more for westerners though and didn’t really highlight the local cuisine, which, while nice, wasn’t a standout. Didn’t have dinner at the hotel so can’t comment on what that was like.
They gave us four cookies each day, however when i asked for extra fruit they said i only got it once as a welcome gift. the salak was delicious.

A Jungle Paradise & the Perfect Proposal Spot – Truly Unforgettable!
Our stay at Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of magical. It’s easily one of the most beautiful and memorable places I’ve ever visited.
The experience started off incredibly special as the team prepared a romantic villa to help us celebrate our second anniversary. The attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, and the stunning natural surroundings created the perfect setting for what would become an unforgettable trip.
Later during our stay, I proposed to my girlfriend—and she said yes! The love and care the staff put into everything made the whole moment feel like it was straight out of a fairytale.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were even welcomed personally by the owner, who is such a lovely and down-to-earth person.
From the lush jungle views to the peaceful ambiance and world-class service, Nandini Jungle is more than just a resort—it’s an experience we’ll cherish forever. I couldn’t recommend it more, especially for couples looking for a romantic and meaningful escape.
