Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Hotel Neo Jelantik
Dear Mr. Owner/Mr. Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality that we experienced during our stay. From the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. I would rate the service 5/5 without hesitation.
However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by an unfortunate issue. After our second night, we encountered a bed bug infestation in our room, which was a significant concern. This experience left us disappointed, as it impacted what otherwise would have been a perfect stay. I kindly request that you pay closer attention to room cleanliness, especially regarding the bedding. While minor issues like the occasional roach can be expected due to the local humidity, bed bugs represent a serious concern that can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful property.
As a family who also runs a chain of hotels in Malaysia, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, particularly when it comes to pests. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but because I truly care about the hospitality industry and want to see it continue to grow and improve everywhere.
I believe that Hotel Neo Jelantik has a lot of potential and is a beautiful property with a unique and classy design. However, addressing this issue of cleanliness, particularly regarding bed bugs, will be essential to ensure that the hotel can maintain its reputation as a top-tier destination in Kuta, Bali.
