The most terrible place for stay. they named a puri rama *RESORT* Dont put RESORT name if there is nothing. 1 old guy with caps in the reception was not friendly very rude, the room door is unsecured and always got stuck, no wifi in the room no place for charge the phone only 3 plug for television and if I want to charge the phone need to remove one of them and far from the bed and no bathroom amanities as it's mantion, 3 light in the room was broken not change, room&bathroom very dirty and I ask for a new towel and the reception said only 2 days one time we can provide a new towel. Pool there is only 3 broken sunbed! I saw from booking online picture this is the good hotels in the legian that's way I paid for full one week but the RESORT looks nothing like the picture. I observed all the guests who gave honest feedback or gave one star and they (the resort) should improve, but they instead seemed to blame back in the comments. I don't know how the GM or Manager manage this RESORT like that

Near Legian Street and the PARTY MILE...but still no noise to sleep. For your price even very low you can expect a clean room/bathroom and pool...it looks after Covid-19 they just re-opend it...but almost each room needs NEW PAINT and renovation...in some room they started...but at the time being under renovation...the back pool was cleaner than the front one...hope they will finished with cleaning the rooms and garden soon and that this spot get new life. The place is nice and has a perfect atmosphere to have a good time with your group of friends, but without a doubt the best thing about the place was Cheeke, the manager of the pool bar, who I consider to be the soul of that place, and we believe that for people like him are worth going to that place, I also think that cheeke would be a great boss for the future of that place, thanks cheeke.

Very dirty, very rundown, very noisy. Blood stains on the bed sheets. No mattress protector. Bathroom filthy, wardrobe and cupboard door hanging off. 3 lights bulbs were out. Smashed window. Unacceptable condition no matter how cheep the hotel is. Did not feel safe as for somereason there were 4 different locks on the door. We originally booked for 3 nights but we left after the first night it was that bad. Location -15 mins walk to beach I guess the only good thing was they refunded us our last 2 nights as we didn't stay.

I got so sick from the air-conditioning system and the breakfast was a pancake that's it and we payed for America breakfast not happy so if you go before you leave for your holidays you must see a review first

Hostel à fuire. Au niveau de la chambre, elle est vétuste et sale, les draps sont tachés, pas de protège matelas, la salle de bain sentait l’urine, le ventilateur bouge lorsque qu’il est activé… Nous demandons à l’accueil s’il est normal que le lit soit sale, on nous change de chambre à contre cœur. Arrive dans la nouvelle chambre, une grosse flaque d’eau… Le frigo était resté ouvert mais branché… Les chambres sont mal isolés, nous avons entendu les occupants de l’hôtel faire la fête jusqu’à 1h du matin puis parler fort dans leur chambre ensuite comme si nous étions avec eux… Au niveau des parties communes, méfiez vous les photos des sites, oui il y a des billards mais la piscine est verte… Le Wifi marche très mal ou même ne marche pas. Bref pire expérience à Bali !
